20/1/2017 12:19 | Try then research Bushveld and Vametco... | katylied
20/1/2017 10:28 | Warrants excercised. That is an extra £168,516 raised. share price falls and normal service resummed as tiddler Ironveld MktCap once again closes on BMN... Go figure... | katylied
19/1/2017 15:47 | I like many others are sitting on 100% so I'm not surprised to see some selling. As for me I in for the long haul. This bottomed between mid august and early November with a slow start at first. Id rather it moved up slower as it is more sustainable for the share price. | vauch
19/1/2017 15:38 | My only explanation for the strange share price movements of the last two days is that a placing will be announced tonight / tomorrow. (I.e. I think the news has leaked and people are selling, and also that the broker may be naked selling forward.) Any other ideas? I can't see any reasons for the sudden retrace otherwise. | bookwormrobert
17/1/2017 18:07 | The more recent warrants include (worth ~£1.3m) Beaufort Securities broker warrants 5,357,143 @2.8p 2016/10/21 - 3yrs 3,866,667 @1.5p 2016/08/25 - 5yrs Placing warrants 19,333,334 @2.4p 2016/08/25 - 2yrs Yellow Dragon 25,000,000 @2.4p 2016/06/03 - 2yrs -------------------- There are also pre 2016 warrants most with higher strike prices, some may have expired, otherwise maybe ~10,000,000 outstanding at an average of ~5p | katylied
17/1/2017 14:10 | hmmm i think our ceo going to place again at these levels and the 2.8 warrants will be vested soon. Derisked a bit 3p is a barrier due to the strong upward price | theblackbaron
17/1/2017 12:56 | Well I must say my BMN 'wealth' is looking a lot better today. I just pray it sticks and no more rogering the SP, with cheap share-issues. Shouldn't happen, 'cos there are a bunch of warrants out there, that are now in the money. End of January is the deadline for MOU due-diligence over Greenhills-Mokopane by VBKom. Hopefully that will result in a definite deal (and not just get extended). The promise of some nearer term cash-flow from the Tin, would be very good news indeed... | katylied
17/1/2017 09:40 | Hi KatyLied! I think justice is just arriving for this share. Though, even after this jump, Bushveld is still way undervalued. People haven't yet fully understood what the future demand for Vanadium will be; it's more important to the battery revolution than even lithium. | bookwormrobert
15/1/2017 19:58 | "...many people on here are looking at Bushveld as a trading opportunity..." That would account for the deluge of 'pump & dump' one liners that you see every day? Oh hang about! there aren't any! In fact, most people watching this thread are long-termers carrying losses (dare I say stale-bulls?) Admittedly, not as bad a situation as on the LSE BB, where losses are larger and tempers often frayed, on account of all the years of relentless paid (and failed) ramping... BMN's PQ iron-ore (Ti, V, and phosphate) project is on a back-burner. Almost 1bn tonnes of good quality ore in relatively developed (infrastructure) South Africa. Meanwhile ZIOC in the Congo (not the DRC, the other bit), has seen an share price increase of well over 200% since Nov 2016. ZIOC may be the highest quality iron-ore resourcre in the world, but it will cost an eye-watering amount of money to ever actually produce and ship any. ZIOC is in the middle of a jungle with no transport infrastructure and no access to any existing port (a new port will have to be built). Yet that share price increase puts the ZIOC MktCap currently at ~£32m. Yet our beloved BMN is only worth ~£15m. IS THERE NO JUSTICE IN THIS WORLD?... :o) | katylied
07/1/2017 15:20 | Thanks, dryboy. In general, I think too many people on here are looking at Bushveld as a trading opportunity, and not enough as an investment opportunity. Vanadium is (probably) THE metal of the future (even more than lithium). I get that traders trade, but this is one share that surely is a long term hold. | bookwormrobert
06/1/2017 17:11 | Some tasty buys shown up | vauch
05/1/2017 21:13 | Farmers work in the field, lol | neilyb675
05/1/2017 20:34 | bookwormrobert. Try the LSE bulletin board. Loads more info and if you work in the field your knowledge could be helpful. | dryboy
05/1/2017 15:45 | Hi All! I bought in today on the slight dip as a long term hold. I work in the field, and there's no question in my mind that Vanadium is one of the right metals to invest in. (Also, I'd add Platinum, Zinc, Rare Earths and Lithium to that list). The question is, can the company execute their strategy? Let's hope so! | bookwormrobert
03/1/2017 20:51 | Let's see what tomorrow brings | guyswonga74
03/1/2017 18:00 | Trouble is the markets are so crooked today you don't know if the sells are genuine. Are the sells a holder selling, are they shorts or are they new placing stock being forward sold. | pwhite73
03/1/2017 16:59 | Quite a big volume day today. Remained flat despite and obvious seller (from last placing?) offloading. Some big buys also. Interested to see if there is a delayed order at 5.30 | guyswonga74
03/1/2017 08:27 | Looking much better. Now if only FM can resist the temptation to issue yet more cheap equity to the bucket shops. Fingers (and everything else) crossed... Admission to AIM 36th March 2012, shares placed at 20p/share, MktCap ~£56.7m (~284m shares in issue) Today (almost 5yrs later!) MktCap £14.52m (~684m shares in issue) To break-even on admission MktCap, requires ~8.3p/share | katylied
14/12/2016 07:29 | What does yesterday's RNS say about the value of BMN's existing tin assets then? | divmad
13/12/2016 18:55 | There, much better. Keep that up and I will cut you some slack... | katylied
13/12/2016 18:49 | Oh, and thats 4 posts now bennyben in almost 5 years. All today on this thread. lol... And don't use nick's illness again. The guy will be very stressed considering the losses he must be carrying... | katylied
13/12/2016 18:44 | Have you guys (or guy) ever been observed in the same room at the same time? No, thought not. You are not fooling anyone. RNS out today, but as usual you have nothing to say. Looks like a highly dubious deal to me. We should be focused on the finance for Vametco, not yet another non-producing asset. What do you think? C'mon there is more to this game than just slagging off people who deny you your snowflake 'safe space'... | katylied
13/12/2016 18:44 | It certainly has Banjo. If we don't re-rate soon i give up. Might start doing the Accumulators! | bennyben |
