14/9/2015 18:41 | We really need this pre-feas for the vanadium project to get published asap. Investors seem to be getting bored even though the lemur cash is now in the bank and the threat of dilution has been put off. The Annual Report reads well - there were a couple of nuggets in there that don't seem to have been picked up on. My favourite is Fortune talking about scalability of the vanadium project: "This, combined with other resource acquisitions planned by the Company ensure the scalability of the project, which, combined with the other three criteria described above, make a compelling proposition for major strategic partners or SUITORS." Has anyone posted the Allenby note yet on this thread? Got it in a blast email a few weeks ago from my broker. It's a short one and doesn't give any valuations like Edison but seems a decent summary. It's on their website now, allenbycapital.com/r There's a bit on steel mills going out of business and a potential bounce in the price of vanadium, which would help out here surely. Does anyone know if there's any house broker note that gives some kind of valuation for BMN? The last big Edison one seems a bit outdated! | aimseer

08/9/2015 23:33 | Divmad your right very quite at the moment but market makers willing to take my whole holding off so happy to sit it out.I think over the next few months more people will be talking about the fortune fellow in a very positive way. | kenco7
08/9/2015 05:32 | What's wrong with BMN? Not acting well given the Lemur t/o is done and dusted. | divmad
27/8/2015 07:55 | LMR suspended on ASX today and won't be coming back. In effect 'delisted', since LMR with BMN the sole shareholder, no longer qualify under listing rules... | katylied
26/8/2015 08:28 | Ditto (on the FD point) | joe say
26/8/2015 08:08 | A good point on the finanicial director though | sonofbanjosinger
26/8/2015 08:05 | I think meetings are being arranged for shareholders in September in London so not completely true. | sonofbanjosinger
26/8/2015 07:58 | Finally, 2014-2015 annual report out... Doesn't seem to be anything of particular interest (ie. nothing on much needed commercial deal(s) progress). Other than the LMR takeover, mostly just a re-hash of what was already reported during 2014. The chairman tries to talk up the prowess of the company, raising money in difficult times, from Darwin, apparently oblivious to the damage it did the share price Page 50 has the notification of the AGM, to be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday 23rd September 2015 at 18-20 Le Pollet, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1WH. So, clearly the directors are not keen on any PIs actually showing up. Note ordinary resolution 6. That GN Sproule (finance director) shall be re-elected as a Director, having retired by rotation and offered himself for re-election. I encourage folk to use the proxy-form and vote against his reappointment. With LMR's cash in the bank, a finance director whose best efforts = Darwin, is close to worthless. He has no skin(shares) in the game and that dodgy 'bonus' last year, has never been explained. PIs should try to dump him... | katylied

The acquisition adds an important foothold on the Western limb of the Bushveld Complex, close to substantial, existing brownfield vanadium processing infrastructure. We look forward to developing this asset, along with our primary Mokopane-based project". | neilyb675
