I wonder if the new company will be in the same mobility products field? Some very profitable non-listed mobility companies might be tempted to look at BRF as an excellent way to get on to the stock exchange

Suspension isn't the end of the world. Delisting is when it all becomes expensive.

The company are sitting on 1.5p cash per share, and will only do a deal when it is good for shareholders.
