Thanks NTV,

I suppose until they announce something this is now trading at about fair value given the cash in bank. As an earlier poster stated it depends what value will be put on MY ability to make a decent acquisition.

I see MYeomans name involved MQE --> now ENTH where they have yet to identify an acquisition but then they have no cash in the bank, value given to shell is about £300k.

Time to do some digging.

the larger company being revered into the shall seems to put a higher value on it

What gives ?

Have they identified a business for Acquisition or is this run on the back of CM building\increasing a stake ?

Given cash of £768k what value would people give the AIM listing [is it normally about £1m to gain a listing] ?

the only CM i can see on the web seems to be a network planner
guess the company will have to make an annoucement later now price is flying away

BRF is a shell company with some cash. Marcus Yeomans has come on board with the brief to make an acquisition which will add value to shareholders. In essence you are backing the ability of MY and his team to identify and execute this brief.

There are obviously people around that believe this can be accomplished and are showing their hand.

No. I'm looking to top up at the lower levels. I've only got about 2% of the company, but they owe me a lot more.

I had lunch with JB earlier in the year, and shortly after sold my holdings in ARR. I had huge reservations about Gresham and Orca, and expressed them to him, and this was well before their serious falls.

Have you had any contact with MY?
