17/1/2013 13:02 | There must be a valid reason why stgr sold there brady shares, I have a feeling that there is more to this than meets the eye, and wether stgr's nomad has said get rid which they do from time to time. stgr wanted the graphite business but ley it be known that they may float it off once they get it, i wonder if brady will be the r/takeover vehicle for the graphite business ?. | theshareguru
28/12/2012 09:43 | Why would today's news excite the market? All it tells us is which market maker bought STGR's shares. (edit: I note PEEL are on the bid at 0.7p helping hold the price up to maximise their profits on their recently acquired holding!) | esmith3
28/12/2012 07:57 | Quiet trading time of year, but let's see how today's news, if it excites the market. | davethechef
28/12/2012 07:57 | Brady Exploration plc ("Brady" or the "Company") Holding in Company The Board of Brady, the natural resources focused investment company, was informed on 27 December 2012 that, following an acquisition of ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 21 December 2012, Peel Hunt LLP has a beneficial interest in 8,932,505 Ordinary Shares equivalent to 14.43 per cent. of the issued share capital of Brady. | liquid millionaire
24/12/2012 14:09 | Just seen the last trade go through at 0.6p 8,695,652 shares the exact same number as owned by STGR. | marab
24/12/2012 12:59 | sp plunging yet no comment, must be rumours around for this plunge, can't all be bored holders jumping over the cliff | sweepie2
18/12/2012 17:50 | Alittle bit of life today, you never know | sweepie2
26/9/2012 12:40 | Fair play to them by answering my e-mail, even if the answer was the normal company speak for we are following the rules but still at least they got back to us. "Our disclosures are made in accordance with the AIM rules and in consultation with our nomad", was signed CEO The wait goes on but I would be hoping for news of RTO by Xmas surely | sweepie2
25/9/2012 10:21 | If it drags on for another year which I doubt as I still believe that Bison will end up RTO with BRDY but if it does then its just another gravy train on AIM and I will think alot less of NL. PRS have owned BRDY for nearly a year, with the contacts that NL has I would have thought that he could have found the right company, maybe he has with Bison but a year, think I will have sold up in PRS if it takes more than six months. | sweepie2
25/9/2012 10:10 | Yes it should be a requirement to list those investments, regardless of whether they more than 3% or not, there was not much cash on the Balance Sheet to start with, so how much of that have they invested? Hope this not an excuse for things to drag on for another 12 month cycle, about time some of these investments co's start delivering Shareholder value! Don't hold any shares here but have some indirectly via PRS who hold a fair chunk of these. Curiously BRDY, LDP & PRS all operating from 31 Harley Street.... | charmer1_23
25/9/2012 10:02 | Have sent an e-mail to them requesting at the very least that the web site is updated, also if they have largely spent their cash balances then would their significant opportunity have to be an RTO and what exactly do they bring to the table unless they sell these new investments to finance it or would it be just through issue of millions and millions of new shares. | sweepie2
25/9/2012 09:13 | clearly not!...they'd have to show their hand if they took a holding over 3% in any of their investments.... | moreforus
25/9/2012 09:08 | At least ZOL as you have stated listed their investments, is there no rule which states that you should list your major investments? | sweepie2
25/9/2012 08:58 | better rns than OCH or JJB! and resource stocks are cheap and you never know they might be good at picking em! | moreforus
25/9/2012 08:51 | zol did the same, bought rosneft or something like that, means they wont be suspended, they might make a small profit on the 300k, but no big deal at present...disappoint | napoleon111
25/9/2012 08:42 | ...yep... they are still waiting for company changing news at ZEN too mind you if you are not a big girls blouse and have cash to invest and can hold then there are a fair few cheap resource stocks out there...great time to buy beaten down undervalued resource and asset rich names imho | moreforus
25/9/2012 08:40 | Thanks moreforus, interestingly at 30/06/12 no investments were held on the Balance Sheet: I am pleased to note that, during the period under review, the Company has had the opportunity to consider a number of potential investments and acquisitions which would fall within the scope of the Company's investing policy. As at this date the Company has not made any investments and currently our discussions with parties with regards to potential acquisition opportunities remain So obviously some recent additions, why are they not obliged to specify the said investments? Regards | charmer1_23
25/9/2012 08:31 | Could take abit longer but I still see a RTO on the horizon for BRDY, I do believe there ought to be a list of companies and amounts which they have invested so people can make up their minds. Poor show imo | sweepie2
25/9/2012 08:16 | they never announced them..... ZEN did exactly the same thing to comply with the 12 month rule | moreforus
25/9/2012 07:56 | So what are these investments or have I missed something? :-) The Company currently holds shares in a number of quoted natural resources companies, operating across a range of countries, which have scope for growth. | charmer1_23

18/9/2012 07:16 | Yep good point....so there is a reason for the rise! | moreforus
18/9/2012 07:14 | No news this morning if price rises or remains stable then news is still on its way but my money would be on a slippage this morning. At least there is no rns on we know of no reason for the price rise so I feel something is the pipeline but investors will want to take their profit | sweepie2
17/9/2012 22:51 | Any link to KDR that shot up late also, possible investment there perhaps, they need the cash?? | keya5000 |
