all I can tell you, is that brady have received a couple of applications
within a few hours of rns on breakdown of talks with eer.

Exiting times ahead I here, when the eer deal was on, I was informed that a few
companies had been turned down by brady for reverse takeovers, this however has changed and word is that they are now considering potential alliances.
Mind you if eer can come up with cash there is a big possibility that as brady
have spent months getting together all the necessary paper work the deal could
be reserected.
Any one who thinks brady is dead then think again, buying here gives you part of
around 19m free float shares, in fact make that 16m as I personally know
holders of 3m.

The reason why the price is so low is because there was only one buy today

Watch this space, money was on the table but not enough for eer, brady did not
Want to take chance in losing quote, which may have happenned if talks had continued.
note the comment eer will continue to look for funds.
all is not lost yet, and there are very few shell companies with so few shares
in circulation.
brady should now receive the £200k for expences incurred so far.

Seem to remember a Charles hall buying big in here and previous to that buying wres before it shot up significantly.he bought at above today's share price ,sure he won't be too pleased with whomever gave him the heads up.

How come BRDY is still quoted although suspended. Didn't the 6 month rule run out in October? I had a very lucky escape here as I was waiting for funds to buy in on a T 20 a day before suspension and it would have been embarrassing to have been locked in for so long.

Surely they must issue an update before much longer. Looked like a potential winner, depending on dilution of course.

RNS at 4:30pm today:
On 30 April 2013 the Board of Brady, the AIM listed natural resources focused investing company, announced that it was working towards acquiring the entire issued share capital of Energy Equity Resources (Norway) Limited ("EER"), a UK incorporated company with oil and gas interests in Nigeria. The proposed acquisition of EER (the "Proposed Acquisition") would constitute a reverse takeover under Rule 14 of the AIM Rules for Companies. The consideration for the Proposed Acquisition is expected to be satisfied through the issue of new ordinary shares in the Company. The Proposed Acquisition is also conditional on the raising of additional equity finance.



The Proposed Acquisition is at an advanced stage and the process of raising the additional equity finance is underway. Whilst the Proposed Acquisition is at an advanced stage there can be no certainty that it will be concluded successfully.



The shares of the Company remain suspended at the current time and the Company will make further announcements as required.
