Apologies if this summary has been posted already.

- boohoo.com's revenues more than doubled in the six months to the end of August to £262.9m - up from £127.3m last time and an increase of 101% at constant exchange rates.

Gross margin was 53.3% - down 200bps in line with planned investments in the customer proposition.

Adjusted EBITDA rose by 68% at £27.8 million, 10.6% of revenue (2017: £16.5 million, 13.0%).

The group said revenue growth for the year was now expected to be around 80%, up from its previous guidance of around 60%.

Joint chief executives Mahmud Kamani and Carol Kane said: 'We are pleased to report excellent progress for the group in the first half of the year across all our brands.

'boohoo's revenue has continued to grow across all geographies, with international growth being strongest as we continue to increase our market share overseas, and the newly acquired PrettyLittleThing brand has exceeded our growth expectations.

'PrettyLittleThing is fast gaining recognition amongst our target consumers as a highly desirable fashion brand in the UK, and its international growth is very encouraging, confirming its considerable potential.

'boohooMan has also performed very well, with high growth rates in the UK and overseas.

'Nasty Gal was rebuilt by us from virtually a zero base after acquisition in March this year and it is growing well month-on-month.

'The integration of the two new brands has been successful, adding diversity to our business whilst enabling us to draw upon our strengths in marketing, sourcing, operations and customer service to deliver profitable results and greatly increasing the group's potential. 'We have continued to make significant investment in IT infrastructure and warehouse capacity to ensure stable and sustained execution of the group's growth strategy and plans are progressing well for the next phase of longer term requirements for warehouse capacity. 'We will continue to invest in the customer proposition, further develop our brands and maximise the considerable opportunities that a global marketplace affords us.

'The strong performance in the first half-year and our expectations for the second half have given us confidence to raise guidance for the full year.'

Had a very lucky escape me thinks, Bought 20k on CFD around 4pm yesterday at 260.25.
Massive gamble for me, sold the lot this morning at 262.75.
Very good luck to all holders but I've learnt the hard way not to take a profit.

albert3591 - I think the action will start just after lunchtime, after celebrations of the "killings" this am.

The "retained" profit for BOO selling just under 300 millions and and ASC 1.5 billion is equal to 24.4 millions.
Amazing how much profit BOO will make when it hits 1 billion sales !

rick678 - Unfortunately the Karshadian range has a problem of centre of gravity for the common mortal. So it'll be difficult to make a saving on material ...

Some of you moan about the p.e. yet I seem to remember 2 other companies on a 2 and 3 hundred pe and nobody seem to bat an eye lid. Who are they and where are they now ARM, ASOS. This is just a bit of profit taking, long term holders can sit tight and add on the lows if they have spare cash. We have far to go yet.

Looks like 220 or lower coming. Didn't think it would go below trend, but a good opportunity for those willing to wait.

The support at this level is not confined to historical, the long term rising trendline, and the 50sma

I just noticed that we also have support of the Breakaway Gap that opened on the 6 September. Filled or unfilled, these are very reliable imo.

No, I think it's broader than just BOO.
All my "high growth" getting whacked... by 3% plus today. Look at FEVR, PRSM etc etc

Growth will slow in the medium term before they get their international act together - there are a lot of markets out there where BOO are not yet present - but could be.
