My average is 140 also. I am not worried. The average NASDAQ listing time is pretty long and SEC are pretty rigorous. These guys aiming to get it done in the shortest possible time.

Actually I don't hold any shares in Nano right now margincall1, watching for 2017 but being more cautious with them. Only marginally down on BNN here as have a lower average entry price and still accumulating, but should have done some more trading here was well, however the full time job gets in the way of that at times! Seeing BNN as the much firmer opportunity now especially for 2017 growth. You'll make a good profit out of that 142p buy in 2017, just give it time.

Its actually the wrong story as well and11, BNN is a UK registered company to be joint listed in the USA and UK, generating revenues out of China's internal market but accounted for outside China. Its not a chinese company retaining its profits in China and supplying goods/services into the USA. BNN is actually the type of company the USA wants to see, i.e. getting value out of China.

Nasdaq listing is progressing as has been stated by the company, its will just take its course in the new year.

As has also been stated, BNN revenues are secured through commissions rates to GTRs, that is a certainty now and the only question is how big is the GTR value and average commission rate. £2Bn seems to be the run rate right now it appears and will greatly enhanced in 2017 to exceed the previous Mirabaud £13Bn pa GTR. The only key question then is how much of a commission percentage BNN can secure on that GTR, with Mirabaud's previous report based on 0.46% I understand from previous posts here, but enhanced payment services like fines with a far greater commission rates, will help to push that average figure higher.

BNN is only starting on the revenue front right now and any look at the potential generates very very handsome figures for BNN. Support and approval from Chinese authorities is also pivotal so lets not forget the importance of the alliance with the Xinhua News Agency, plus the fact that the likes of Alibaba actually generates revenue for BNN in certain China regions where it is easier for them to use the BNN technology platform for service delivery.

As 2017 progresses, this looks an excellent investment opportunity which rarely comes along and matches my normal criteria of a company actually securing its initial revenues to validate the business model is in place. With the end of year pull back (plenty of holders from the start of the year with big profits so top slicing those profits could well be a contributory factor), I would say its created a great investment opportunity for 2017 and as long as Q1 2017 delivers the right news, there will be no looking back here for holders.

Topaz ;
October / November figures didn't s impress ?
This is why I keep saying bottom line is very important here and keeping lid on U.K. overheads if the Nasdac doesn't happen for any reason ( plan B ) I am sure is in the draw .

But can't see any reason why the Naz would not work .

topazfrenzy : Why do you think the Nasdaq listing will fail ?

What hasn't really been mentioned is that even if Nas does happen, the price might not necessarily rise. There have been other AIM stocks that have gone Nas route without rising.

Credock, you are right, people have been ramping this to high heaven. They still are despite the market battering the stock on release of 'figures'. No profit coming here whatsoever that will make this valuation stand imo, even at £1.

I'm telling you all, next stop for this one is 60-80p after Nasdaq listing fails which in my view it clearly will.

Agreed Genises and if BNN and NewNet do announce the contents agreements by year end as mentioned in the 8th December RNS that will be a nice end to the year.

Credock ;
Snap !!
Same boat as you , but to be fair apart from a share tip , I have looked into the deals BNN have and the potential is really mind boggling .
I do wonder the same though every man and his dog know and waiting for a float on the Nasdac so why the share not riding on a all time high as we all seem to know the company is flying and the CFO is not afraid to sign off emails confirming that !

For me it is a cautious buy and a solid hold of the original stake which at this time is at a loss !

Yes thankyou , all the best , but the best help would be a BNN share price of £2 plus LOL.

Credock...as I said before,the shares are very illiquid and small amount of selling can have a disproportionate impact on the share price.If it
is any comfort,this is also what the CFO said in his email to me today as an explanation for the drop in the share price.The business is doing extremely well and they expect to announce major new deals early in the new year if not before.

Hope that helps.

Well we will see but for this to go real big there will have to be some massive buys from people in the know. I hope it happens just like most of you on here. Good Luck.

Its pure manipulation if u ask me - the largest trades of the day were all buys. The smaller piddly ones to manipulate the price were mostly sells. I am not worried at all.

Yes made my choice and I am holding and hoping for a great profit . I,m not having a massive downer on this but I get baffled by things like this. We all know leaks happen and things get let out to friends, relatives and there mates etc. So if this was going to be massive people would be buying left , right and centre at this price ??. I have some great info into this from two close friends and one is massively invested. So if a nobody like me knows the Nas is good to go you can bet hundreds of relatives and mates of BNN workers know so why not a big rise. Look back a few years ago when Redknapp got the Portsmouth job then supposedly told everyone he knew about it all but the poor bookmakers ha ha . The bookies got smashed to pieces and everybody made a fortune. Well shorly something like that would happen with shares that are going to go through the roof that's all I am saying.

Its simple. You made the decision to invest. You also have the choice to remain invested. Brian of Brunswick is also a good egg to email for reassurance.

Yeap can't argue your point ( credock ) .
But the figures are beginning to show huge potential way above the share price .
It is only my opinion and I am not entirely impressed with the board lack of decisions on new appointments to the board which worry me a little .

But at these levels I am a buyer rather than a seller as 2017 looks good for some early good news .

Credock!!! Base your investment on the facts that the company release..not how the share price moves on a day to day basis... this will give you a very good return...chill...

Im sorry people but it does not matter how much the clever folk on here talk this up it has dropped and dropped big. We were told of it being being £2 ish prior Nas news but I cant see it. Im invested well on here as I have said but I don't understand how something supposedly on Nas news very soon being £2 to £5 is not being hammered by investors at just over a quid. Im nowhere near as confident as I was a few short weeks ago. Every time BNN release news the price has dropped again within a few days.
