22/11/2016 09:43 | Yes I agree, revenue generation is far more important right now than any other long term events.Do remember that their on line business has gone live only recently and will generate revenues only in the last quarter of the year.If they show good traction, and achieve brokers estimates of £5m for the year, then sky is the limit share price wise! | nurdin

22/11/2016 06:53 | I think that is very possible "Newman" but IMHO if they do achieve a fraction of what they are targeting, they will probably be bought out by a US or Chinese player....let's see how the next few weeks develop as it gets ever closer to the listing...GLA. | and11
22/11/2016 05:26 | Just read MW article. Just thought, do you think BNN will go for more formal FTSE listing and move away from AIM, after they have listed on NASDAQ? Wouldn't this make sense for a company that is making such great progress and whose market cap could in theory, if all goes well over the next few months/years be snapping at FTSE 100 territory? | newmanontheblock

21/11/2016 06:57 | The second half of 2016, and particularly the fourth quarter, is expected to see a significant increase in gross sales and revenues for the Group as we see the transaction volumes from the Xinhua News mobile app payments begin to flow through our platform. With the continued rollout and growth in transaction volumes from our mobile payments business and expectation of new revenue streams coming online, we expect the Group to return to profitability in 2017. Look forward to it. | genises

17/11/2016 10:29 | An Email reply from Mr Scott Kennedy last night Hi xx, I would refer to the RNS we announced on 22nd September that provides a little information on the investment. Xinhuatong are the software arm of The Xinhua News Agency and have the exclusive rights to develop services on the Xinhua News mobile App. The strategic investment provides us with both a seat on the Board of Xinhuatong, as well as access to future commercial opportunities that the xinhua news agency develop with Xinhuatong. We won't necessarily receive dividends at this stage, the investment though gives us access to opportunities that may not be available to us without such an investment. As such, this very much strengthens the relationship we have with them. Yes the investment will sit on the balance sheet. They are a private company at the moment so we won't see a situation like Yahoo and Alibaba where Yahoo!'s market cap was positively impacted by their Alibaba investment, however if they were to list that may be something we could benefit from in the future. As announced at the interim, our main revenue stream going forward will be commissions from the fulfilment of services paid through the xinhua mobile app, and from our B2B business where we fulfil payments from large e-commerce partners. Kind regards Scott .................... My email to him: Dear Mr Kennedy, I am a shareholder of BNN. We are watching the decline share price and waiting for some good news for BNN. As we are waiting, we discuss one thing, that is what is the benefit of BNN holding 10% stake of Xinhuatong. 1. Will BNN receive some sort of profit share; 2. will we receive the financial benefit only when Xinhautong pays a dividend; 3. the 10% share would sit on BNN balance sheet at level of xinhautong market cap, so it just improve BNN balance sheet, but not will lead to increase market cap of BNN. If BNN will not get cash benefit, so the only income BNN is from receiving commission fee of the transaction of the online payment. Right? Forgive me if my question is lack of financial knowledge. Many thanks in advance for your kindly reply. Kind regards, xx | fafa48 |
