Good find, interesting.

A negative here is they are in Mindanao, where the new president hails from, and he may care more about his home island.

One would hope this operation is too small and off their radar, some of their nickel mines are huge, this is small by comparison.

Correct, it's the open pit mines she's really after.

Either they comply, if they can, or else they will be closed.

The difficulty is not knowing which ones comply, and which don't.

That creates doubt and the market doesn't like doubt.

I though the regulations required all companies to have a website?

Or are Bluebird exempt because they're registered in the BVI?

News on this front would see us motor Whilst the supply agreement is for up to 20,000 tons the company is assessing the logistics of supply to determine what it deems to be realistic volumes and expects to update the market in due course. Additional ore supply agreements are expected to be announced in due course.
