And this is my gripe with the company. The blinkx brand is trashed in the UK community. Compounded by the likes of ADVFN/share prophets. And that's not a cheap dig. Shareprophets , website hosted by ADVFN paid Ben Edelman to attack blinkx only recently. Why doesn't the company just move to Nasdaq?

Look at the majority of their acquisitions. Mostly US based. Logical they are concentrated on the U.S.

Blnx originated out of Autonomy, which was a UK listed company...
They developed their system in Cambridge, UK...
They were a UK company trying to break into the US market... many UK companies try and achieve that and fail..

They 'ignored' their UK roots..

If you can't break into the UK market as a UK company in the fastest growing sector 'with a full stack' then all is lost Mr Singh?

I think they have been planning to exit UK for some time...

Blinkx Media changed trading offices every year or so... and then over the past few months, they were trading from a Serviced Office... why trade from a Serviced Office...
Obviously website no longer exists so you can no longer see the Contact details.

I wonder which one of their subsidaries will be dissolved as part of their re-organisation for RhythmOne...

Different levels of cash and liabilities....

Blinkx Media has had several trading address changes.. their latest contact, as per their website is currently 85 Tottenham Court Road... these are serviced offices, only a short distance from the new registered address of Duke's Place...

Is RhythmOne only US subsidaries...

BlinkxMedia.com, the UK sister company of Burst Media, no longer exists, Judy leaving, so no clear international strategy...

Blinkx Media operating out of a Serviced Office....

I wonder if they want to exit UK market...

I sold a lot on the way up and more on the way down.
Handsomely in profit but still kicking myself that I did not sell the lot ages ago.

Kendo, you could say the spin now is "having a full stack that can be monitised by 1R that takes an agnostic approach to dubious traffic, allowing the client to choose the traffic they wish to allow in". Will the core keep growing and will it be enough to offset the non-core decline? Currently it isn't, but then it's only been going since Q1. Is the rhythmone brand well thought of? That's what I'd like to know.
