Purchase of own shares

Further to the Company's announcement on 7 November 2016 stating its intention to reduce its capital by means of purchasing its shares from time to time using existing cash resources of up to GBP2.5 million, the Company announces that on 2 December 2016 it purchased 940,000 of its ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 135 pence per share. The purchased shares will all be held as treasury shares.

Total Number of Voting Rights

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company is required to notify the market of the total number of voting rights and capital in the Company as at the end of each calendar month in which an increase or decrease has occurred.

The issued share capital of the Company is comprised of 22,941,434 ordinary shares of 10p each.
