Total Voting Rights and Issued Share Capital



In accordance with the provisions of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of
the Financial Services Authority, Betbrokers confirms that, as at the date of
this announcement, its issued share capital comprises 297,166,317 ("Ordinary
Shares").


Of the new shares issued; 64,356,436 shares were issued at 5 pence per share,
15,473,614 were issued at 4.5 pence per share and 6,250,000 were issued at 4
pence per share.



All of the Ordinary Shares have equal voting rights, and none of the Ordinary
Shares are held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is
therefore 297,166,317.



This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations
by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in,
or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
