There is an interview with Wayne Lochner of Betbrokers on Trading Places on 16/06/2008. Visit www.sharecrazy.com and have a look

Well - it was disappointing news after all.

Looks like the news obviously leaked out yesterday to the MM's.

Morning. Just stumbled across this. Just been to their site. I notice their site is exactly the same as betsfortraders site. They must just have bought a platform and rebadged. For what its worth, I have used the betsfortraders site and don't think much of it.

cheers Thailand.

I tried betfair, and i like the idea of closing your position by off laying the bet to another punter even before the vent has took place.

good luck.

mainly footy and mainly on betfair.Betbrokers could one day be a rival to Betfair if they ever get their act together. must get that on line facility operational soon or they're in trouble.

the problem is that you are still not able to place deals on line with betbrokers which is a bit archaic. When this is sorted on line deals will be the norm and the volume of deals will multiply. As a pro gambler myself I like what this company is trying to do but without the facility to deal on line it is a non starter. I understand they are working hard to resolve this matter, hopefully in the near future. I have an account with Betbrokers but have never used it and wont 'til the on line facility is up and running.

market cap now down to 5.78m (@1.88p) starting to look interesting? Might indulge if it falls much lower.

Thought i'd check back here, no surprise then as previously - another stockmarket promotion with a transfer of stock from brokers to retail. Be warned when the markets take a real dive the first thing that will happen is the majority of AIM stock spreads will widen to 25-50% in an instant, even the more liquid ones........stocks such as this will become un-tradable.

The city boys don't call the AIM market the 'lobster pot' market for nothing!
