04/10/2016 17:37 | Oil up again to over 51 dollars a barrel but its been going up and down like a yoyo. | nlmbidc
01/10/2016 11:05 | Brent crude closed yesterday at over $50 a barrel. Onwards and upwards. Perhaps there will be a compelling argument to drill Z34 if it rises a few more dollars as we get to the OPEC oil summit in November. | nlmbidc
30/9/2016 17:33 | At those prices Pembury you would expect some interest from a buy-in partner. | nlmbidc
30/9/2016 10:30 | BPC say rig prices are now a quarter of 2012 prices so on that basis a $100m well a few years back would cost $25m!. Union Group come on let's see some movement here now!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BPC well cost was also around $100m back in 2012 | pembury
29/9/2016 10:42 | Not yet but they will get a good deal imo, much better than Boil's farmout no doubt | pembury
29/9/2016 10:38 | Union are looking to farm out some or all of their holding in Z34 which they have so far been unable to do. Not sure Karoon have been successful farming out Z38 either. | nlmbidc
29/9/2016 07:48 | Bullish update from Karoon re further Z-38 studies in their 2016 report. A main objective for the Boil board must be to get this drilled. Still not convinced on Union Oil Group though as a viable partner. | pembury
27/9/2016 20:42 | proactive are reporting the se asia venture as a 'great opportunity' see where we are end of year talk is very cheap as proven here for years on end | pembury
27/9/2016 20:37 | Valentine That's when everyone thought Z34 drilling wasn't far away and XX1 was going to be a company maker! 3 years later we are still waiting for both. | nlmbidc
27/9/2016 20:21 | Rudolph bought loads at 1.85p for some reason. Where is the poor fella when we need him? | valentine
27/9/2016 20:16 | Broker reiterates target price of 1.9 pence. Date Broker Recommendation Price Old Target Price New Target Price Notes 27-Sep Cantor Fitzgerald Buy 0.48 1.9 1.9 Reiterates | nlmbidc
27/9/2016 16:30 | How.many years has it been imminent? Last one with any vision and determination who bought was Rudolph(gord bless'im)and he's brown bread. I love the idea that there in a closed period and can't buy again, again. | valentine
27/9/2016 15:43 | something needs to come of this Sundagas jv and soon. let's hope options are on the table!. Peru nothing happening so it's down to IM and this. No idea why they can't get a xxi farmout for a low cost well carry with decent seismic leads?. A lot of time and money spent here at 100% funding, still no deal. no doubt they are pushing the independent Nutech report to potential farminees or at least bigging it up to get the deal like all others do. It's also on the same geology as Olympic's significant (for Boil values) oil and gas producing XIII so put that into the mix to farminees. RB also thought it was the company's best asset. perhaps a deal is imminent and the Director's can't buy shares? yeah must be the reason lol | pembury
27/9/2016 14:39 | One day soon if we buy in to a producing asset is SE Asia. | nlmbidc
27/9/2016 10:50 | pem, we stayed up for almost 2 hours 45 minutes. One day - one day!!!! | the guardian
27/9/2016 10:24 | I agree Valentine. Director buys now that the interims are out would certainly convey their confidence in the Sondagas tie up. | nlmbidc
27/9/2016 10:05 | Director buys would add something to the mix. Otherwise a bit moribund until one of the perennials starts functioning. Back to sleep seems for now. | valentine
27/9/2016 09:44 | So how much are we paying Sundagas per month and how much of that, if any, finds its way into the nephew`s pay/emoluments package? | chinadog3
27/9/2016 09:29 | Yes, I agree. I still think this company is suffering a lingering death. We don't have a lot going for us before the limited pot of money we still have runs out. To use some of that limited pot investing on a random 'punt' in a company which involves the CEO's nephew stinks, in my opinion. | tommo41
27/9/2016 09:18 | Yes, results are the main thing. But, there are many many many companies out there who could find us O&G opportunities, or indeed our own staff should be able to find them. Bit of a coincidence don't you think that the person the board have deemed to be the best ROI is his nephew! | petecb1
27/9/2016 09:13 | Correction: Hopefully by the end of the second half of 2016 we will be operating at a profit. | nlmbidc
27/9/2016 09:03 | Not if it gets results Pete, and I think it will. Lets see where we are in 6 months. | nlmbidc |
