Baqus Group plc (AIM:BQS), the building consultancy and quantity surveying group, today announces that the resolution proposed to shareholders at the Company's General Meeting held today was duly passed on a poll.

In accordance with the circular to shareholders 'Proposed cancellation of trading on AIM and Notice of General Meeting' dated 27 April 2011 (the "Circular"), the resultant expected timetable is as follows:
