Admission and PDMR dealing

Bacanora Lithium plc (AIM: BCN), a lithium development company, announces that, further to the announcement released by the Company on 17 December 2021, 2,991,601 new Bacanora Shares ("New Ordinary Shares"), issued pursuant to the exercise of options under the 2009 Option Scheme following the Offer by Ganfeng International Trading (Shanghai) Limited ("Ganfeng") being declared unconditional, are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on or around 8 a.m. on 30 December 2021. On Admission, the Company will have 387,136,502 shares in issue.

In accordance with the terms of the offer made to them by Ganfeng under Rule 15 of the Code, the participants of the 2009 Option Scheme accepted the Offer in respect of such New Ordinary Shares on 17 December 2021.
