06/1/2016 10:41 | I think its tomorrow - my interpretation is at close of today the old shares expire and new shares allocated tomorrow. | redhill9
06/1/2016 10:07 | Expected to have less shares in my account today ...hmmm | badtime
29/12/2015 19:36 | Only just noticed this good piece of news. This is what Christmas does. | nk104
18/12/2015 14:23 | 24.21% redemption @ 59.82p. | eeza
17/12/2015 11:52 | I agree there will be a few more coppers to squeeze out.Ps it wasn't my 100k...fortunately I'm in lower down | badtime
17/12/2015 11:22 | Well good luck. I'm not adding any more but think we'll squeeze a bit more out of this. | nk104
16/12/2015 18:52 | I can't edit via the Advfn app..but please ignore the word 'nail' in the previous post! | badtime
16/12/2015 18:06 | 100k bought at 54p...I really do think there is potential nail to surprise here | badtime
04/12/2015 10:29 | That was my point - why the nonsense in the circumstances? Often ongoing trading companies pass such resolutions to give themselves room for future maneuver but even if APT they were to try and pull a "LMS" (which I don't for one moment believe, the directors have no interest in prolonging the liquidation) events seem well past that stage. | redhill9
04/12/2015 10:15 | Well, exactly, red, so why the nonsense you outlined in the extract above. It's an enigma, and enigmas have a habit of not working to s/hlders advantage usually. | eeza
04/12/2015 10:08 | Except that APT have actually got on with selling the assets and only have one property, Rothenburg, outstanding with sales of the other remaining properties either notarised (Furth), expected to be under contract by the end of the year (Dasing and Venray), or "likely to be completed during the first half of 2016" (Curno and Agnadello). | redhill9
04/12/2015 09:59 | Reads like they've been taking lessons from the BOD at LMS. | eeza
03/12/2015 17:56 | Yes, a quite remarkable bear squeeze on the Euro. The $/Euro rate moved a full 3% - in one day!!! | skyship
03/12/2015 15:53 | Nice little pop on the Euro puts NAV back up to ~58p. | eeza
02/12/2015 16:25 | Nice to see buys at 53p | badtime
30/11/2015 16:07 | Ta Sky.....you make some valid points...however the one thing I like about APT is current management...I think they r quite conservative n there valuations and have the ability to surprise. We shall see. | badtime
30/11/2015 16:03 | BT - sorry, yes, not replied yet. I sold my APT @ 49.98p a couple of months ago - I suspect you and Eeza will know where the cash went! Correct - LMS. Went well overweight there at 17% allocation... The problem with APT is the Euro exposure. For instance, that RNS yesterday showed a good NAV increase to 59.82p. However the Euro is down 5% since then; so the actual NAV today is a less attractive 56.8p! I'm sure I'll be back in here; but at the moment no cash; and unlikely to be until after the LMS Tender releases a chunk. | skyship
30/11/2015 15:35 | Or even NAV if done within 6 months ..topped up last Friday on the back of that update Sky did u get my mail? | badtime
28/11/2015 21:29 | Just need the properties to be sold for a premium to NAV. | eeza
28/11/2015 20:56 | Promising update | badtime
12/11/2015 15:55 | Bad day generally on my portfolio, it's not just APT and euro related stocks. | redhill9
12/11/2015 14:25 | The ever weakening Euro perhaps... | skyship |
