This is going bust, colossal debt, crazy high interest payments, too much risk of failure with satellites, and where is it now, five years ago it made no profit, and it still doesn't!

They also had Fusionx, Globo, monitise and Nanoco as game changers in 2014/15. The first 3 will be 0's, Globo already is.

It is noteworthy that directors haven't bought any more shares despite these lows. Also the co always put out regular newsflow and this has quietened. I am wondering why and have obviously a few thoughts positive and negative.

Why do all you short selling de-rampers keep picking on companies with negative cashflow and massive debts. Outrageous i tell thee.

It's interesting but i've seen a 2 films lately (spotlight & the big short) that remind me that human beings often crave a stable & comforting world view and would rather continue a pretence than face often appalling realities - particularly more so when they have a vested interest in maintaining the staus quo....

I think the same mentality is played out in the stock market where a companies share price goes against us and our view of where it should be.

The words 'almost certainly miss' based upon your forecast are inappropriate. Just as few years ago you were all bulls pumping the price up, you are now de-ramping it hoping to see a potetntially good company destroyed, and people put out of jobs, through your own greed.

weatherman - I don't think anyone suggested AVN were bankrupt. That said, a number of people here have suggested funding will be required and cast doubt on the company assertion it is fully funded. We will know soon enough because; 1 AVN will almost certainly miss it's own targets.....again, 2 will result in much lower cash on the bottom line, thus...well, I'm sure you can work it out. None of this is false or misleading, just expectations on historical events. It have been said AVN accounts should be investigated due agressive accounting, or words to that effect.

Techinvest Jan edition is now online. Although they have been stop-lossed out because of bear raids, they think AVN is slowly proving itself with a 50% forecast growth in recurring revenue y-o-y.

chris - junk bond investors run a portfolio of issues as default on some is statistically certain. The additional spread, plus the recovery percentage makes it overall profitable. As DS2 says the implication of default on equity holders is much worse.
