backwoodsman - thats very interesting any ideas what kind of value a cash shell has? Or the value of listing a new company on AIM say to get an idea of tha value a shell should have?

D.W. Pension Fund Ltd. the pension fund of respected businessman david j williams [on board of a number of quoted co's] taking a 19% stake may have been a factor in the price moving up! i'm sure he has plans and we have another new shareholder with 15% to be announced.

600K of sells and they push the price up, very odd, may be if theres 2 buyers after the company it might end up in a bidding war.

2 December 2010 - Expected Ex date

another institution out as the unknown buyer picks up another short 8m...in fact it must be a completely separate buyer[s] otherwise would have gone over 30% or as a concert party triggering a bid....interesting that you have buyers of 35% of the company within a couple of days acting independently!!
