However, he seems to collect these posts like a fanatical philatelist collects stamps so not sure how much time he can actually give us.

Still if the share price keeps going up who cares!

How long do you reckon before a major restructuring; change of name, institutional placing, director take up in said placing, mining division and separate cyber security division.Not sure the share price will go much above 5p until the restructuring announcement. Indeed it is almost as if they are trying to limit the share price to around 5p as every time it looks like going above it drops back.

Cyber securityWell if any one needed a news item to highlight the importance of cyber security look no further than Tesco Bank today just highlights the importance of paying to ensure your systems are cyber attack proof Tracks having to pay out thousands to restore client accounts But the bigger issue will be loss of new accounts who now will open an account with Tescos We are hitting the market at just the right time with the massive increase in hacking attacks Well worth a punt

This is looking better the recent sell off has ended now any buyers will have to pay for stock given such a small free float I think all the ducks are being lined up ready for a move directors all on board all loaded with stock they must know what's about to occur Assembled a top crew in the cyber field so should be an interesting couple of months

Further to my post 44 yesterday re significant holdings. These figures were based on announcements made in recent weeks/months.

On the Company website this morning the significant shareholders are as follows;

Mr. David Williams - 27.6%
TD Direct Investing - 12.8%
Commerzbank AG - 10.61%
Spreadex Discretionary Clients - 9.3%
Tiger Resource Finance plc - 4.85%
Mr. Paul Kavanagh - 3.41%
Mr. & Mrs. Marcus Stone 3.39%
Directors & Related Parties - 3.07%

Total 75.03%

However, I do wonder whether the 'Directors & Related Parties' percentage is misleading? On 24 October 2016, Mo Stevens, Robin Southwell and Stephen Ball EACH subscribed for 10,000,000 shares, paying £100,000 EACH, which equates to 3.07% EACH (shares in issue being 326,250,286).

Also, on 30 September 2016, Chris Eadie contributed to the fundraising and increased his holding to 1.5%.

So it is possible that there is another 3.07% plus 3.07% plus 1.5% to add to the significant holdings total figure.

This could mean that it is possible that at least 82.67% of issued shares are currently out of circulation?

Husbod.Good to see Commerzbank ( or their clients) getting involved.I agree past history ( Directors) does'nt mean diddly squat,but I'm thinking something exciting is about to happen.Still a buy in my book.We'll see.
