Issue of Shares
The Board announces that on 18 October 2016 Aurora Investment Trust plc (the "Company") contracted to issue 275,689 new ordinary shares of 25 pence at a price of GBP1.6394 per share.
Following this issue the Company's issued share capital consists of 25,491,578 ordinary shares and the total number of shares with voting rights in the Company is 25,491,578.
The above figure (25,491,578) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
