27/1/2016 11:42 | Interesting use of the word buoyant. | horneblower
27/1/2016 11:23 | The frustrating thing is that they have a high quality resource. The payment deferral by the banks indicates faith that the situation can be turned around and the appointment of an financial adviser is positive. All this against a background of buoyant gold prices. "It is anticipated that plant performance will improve to design levels by the end of Q1 2016, when the Company intends to declare full commercial production at New Liberty once the entire process plant is operating at full design capacity and in a manner consistent with management expectations". So I am quite happy to take a punt here and bought 100,000 at 2.47p. | pixi
27/1/2016 10:41 | I also bought last night 100,000 @ 2.51 and showed as a sell? | howie1943
27/1/2016 10:27 | D4E? Would be highly dilutive - no visibility what they intend to do.. | tsmith2
27/1/2016 09:59 | I'll have a look Del thanks! Gold Rush is on Quest at the moment, currently series 2, It is a bit spooky watching them fail week after week to produce commercial amounts of gold and then see the RNSs from AUE the next day..... LOL! | stevie blunder
27/1/2016 09:55 | Having lost money on AIM small caps going bankrupt I would say avoid on this one at all costs until improvements are shown. I have held this in the past and have been watching for years. I really want them to be successful as the country needs success stories (Sierra Leone). But looks like it need a lot more funding. But it does have massive potential as a gold mine. But just not enough money at the moment. Maybe the next owner will buy it from bankruptcy and make a load of cash. | oggyrocks
27/1/2016 09:36 | Thanks Stevie - I will search that one out. Did you ever see this one? It is on YouTube. Quite fascinating: | deltrotter
27/1/2016 09:32 | "I think a change of the BOD is necessary here." Del have you seen "Gold Rush"? We might be better with Dakota Fred and the Hoffmans! | stevie blunder
27/1/2016 09:05 | It looks like management have massively underperformed - why would that underperformance stop now? I think a change of the BOD is necessary here. | deltrotter
27/1/2016 08:53 | arbitration from International Construction & Engineering rights issue @5p, delays, and now refinancing all in the space of a few months. can it get any worse | m w
27/1/2016 08:16 | Today's early sells are buys. I topped up @ 2.285p and it showed as a sell. The debt defferral announced today by no means gets this company back on track but it does indicate the banks do not want to pull the plug. High risk, but 2,825p seemed a good price against any impending further dilution. We should never be here however and Reading has a lot to answer for. | ridicule
27/1/2016 08:13 | I expect they'll have a placing to cover the cost of the financial advisor. | bsg
27/1/2016 00:12 | Gold hitting $1120 oz tonight may offer a glimmer of hope? | ridicule
26/1/2016 07:14 | I'd have thought they'd have taken the opportunity to mention that the explosives issue had been sorted, if indeed it has. Why the reticence? | clinton baptiste
25/1/2016 21:22 | Probably crossing trade. | beeezzz
25/1/2016 19:20 | Trying to follow this today. Are those 2 massive trades after the bell buys?? Can Anyone throw any light on them? | luckyvince
25/1/2016 18:16 | It is the job of management to talk the share price up and put a positive gloss on things. The problem is with their track record to date do you believe them? | pixi
25/1/2016 17:13 | What really need is changes at the top, bring in real mining engineers not has-been accountants who haven't a clue. | beeezzz
25/1/2016 16:39 | The only hope here is a continuing strengthening of POG... | diesel
25/1/2016 16:37 | IF they can get the mine working properly enough to repay debt and the POG holds at current levels does anyone have a view on what a reasonable share price target would be? | michaelwhight
25/1/2016 16:23 | They have to sound positive at this stage I guess as they are in negotiations. If the lenders cotton on that there are serious problems then its a case of the last person to leave switch the lights off. Its brutal when you get to this stage.... Good luck all holders. | deltrotter
25/1/2016 16:12 | Well they also said in May I think that they would produce 60k oz in 2015 but I notice on this RNS they quote 27k oz which they also undershot. No plans for refinance and then the 5p placing. Hmmm. | michaelwhight
25/1/2016 16:01 | If the RNS is to be believed, they are asking for a deferment on the pending repayment and if this is agreed, there is enough cash with sales to get into full production.Depends if they have further issues and delays but they aren't flagging further fundraising at the moment (if you believe them). | dgarvey |
