JSI looks an even bigger bargain, paying dividend too. The facts are that no one is buying Chinese companies.

Bit like JSI...seemingly undervalued, but we have no real way of knowing if it is really true, is it overvalued or is it a bogus company?????

Trading Update for year ended Dec 2014
The Company performed strongly largely because the Chinese government remains
committed to the promotion of solar technologies in new building developments.
CEO Chen Anxiang commented: "Auhua had a really strong year. This placing will
allow us to fund expansion into new markets in Taiwan and United Arab Emirates"
No mention of China cutting support in 2014 (alongside many other firms due to
oversupply) which is the real reason for their 'expansion' to overseas markets.

A classic "Chinese Takeaway" You think you are investing but they take away - Yet another example of the listing authorities aparently not doing their job.

Maybe investing in overseas companies listing on AIM ahould be restricted to certified Sophisticated Investors or High Net Worth Investors.

Could this be supported by ADVFN subscribers ??

FYI Not invested here as would not touch most overseas listed on AIM with the proverbial bargepole -

One company undergoing expansion is Auhua Clean Energy Plc, a Chinese maker of solar-powered water heating systems. Auhua plans to almost double capacity at its factories in Shandong province, the company's non-executive vice-chairman said in an interview.
at the foot of (July 1):

Also, from June 26:

Auhua Clean Energy Plc (ACE), a Chinese maker of solar powered water heating systems, plans to almost double capacity at its factories in Shandong Province.

The company will spend about 3 million pounds ($5 million) ramping up production to 150,000 units a year from about 90,000 units now, Raphael Tham, non-executive vice-chairman, said in an interview. It expects the expansion to be complete by the fourth quarter of this year or the first quarter of next, he said.

Auhua makes split solar powered-heating systems that can be installed on surfaces like exterior walls and balconies. They differ from unibody systems that can only go on flat roofs.

The company sold about 77,000 units last year and plans to increase that by about 20 percent in 2014 if the capacity boost goes ahead. Auhua, which mainly installs projects in Shandong, plans to deliver about 10 percent to neighbouring provinces.

"A lot of solar thermal legislation has been mandated from Beijing," Tham said. "It's not a subsidy approach but instead Beijing mandated this year that all new building developments must have solar water heating in order to get approvals, so the market is growing."

Auhua is working with provinces to draw-up legislation for split-unit solar water heating of the kind that was completed in Shandong in August 2012, he said.

China, the main producer of fossil-fuel emissions, is encouraging use of solar to try to curb pollution. The country, also the largest investor in clean energy, in April passed the biggest changes to environmental protection laws in 25 years, including daily fines for polluters if they don't clean up.

From 29 April 2013:

HB Markets Breakfast Today including WPP group,
Rotork and Auhua Clean Energy

Our view: Auhua Clean Energy has witnessed strong revenue and profit growth underpinning the significant progress it has made in ensuring its products and technologies remain up-to-date with the changing industry trends and affirming
its market leadership in split-unit solar water heaters. The demand for its products is picking up at a rapid pace driven
by an improvement in the property market and strong government backing to increase the use of efficient renewable
energy solutions. Auhua is also making huge in-roads in the property market as the traditional uni-body solar unit
becomes redundant due to China's building boom moving from low-rise to high-rise. Annual production capacity has
grown from 50,000 in 2010 to 90,000 currently and the company plans to continue to expand. The near term target is to
increase production capacity to 150,000 and over the longer term it is looking to produce 500,000 a year. Considering
the massive potential for Auhua's products in the resurging Chinese property market, and its strategic relationship with
large conglomerates such as YanKuang Group, China Construction Eighth Engineering Division Corp Ltd and China
Railway Tenth Group Co Ltd, we believe the company will grow from strength to strength. We assign a Buy rating to the
stock.

Before the new capacity comes on stream, Auhua will expand its sales and marketing teams and seek to penetrate further
outside Shandong. This, and the need to hold more stock in inventory, is unlikely, however, to impact significantly on the gains
made through enlarged capacity and product efficiencies. Beaufort has not yet committed to a 2015 or 2016 forecast in its
research, although it is clear that the parts of this particular jigsaw are now being put in place to deliver quite exceptional gains
in Group revenues, earnings and dividends for these years.

NY this is clearly not a proper investment which company gives away 20% of itself to a new deputy chairman on the basis he raises some funds. This looks like a huge ego trip for the existing management they presumably already have an acquisition in mind and do not appear to care 2 hoots about existing shareholders having their interest massively diluted in order to further their ambitions. Only time will tell but surely they could have done a better deal with their new deputy chairman unless of course they are a basket case needing the cash in order to continue to trade in which case ok but the facts do not bare that out.
