19/1/2011 22:50 | scburbs sorry but i believe you have to call the company and ask for the EGM docs - they seem to have closed down the plc website which is of course not kind to "outside" shareholders. the docs should have been sent to all shareholders but typically end up unread with nominees who do not bother send them on to their principals. however, the new conversion terms seems VERY fair to the "old" shareholder given circumstances. | baner
19/1/2011 22:27 | Baner, Do you have a link to the conversion info? Thanks | scburbs
18/1/2011 22:25 | well, if they convert at 30p as compared to latest share price 2.5p, it does not look too bad? NAV/share should be 8-10p pro forma and the business is no doubt worth a substantial premium over book value. i think Sir R was a bit too quick with hér gloomy remark! those who bought in just before the de-listing are likely to make a VERY good return! | baner

18/1/2011 22:01 | baner ACE are delisting and MS are doing a debt for equity swap so I guess that is not the best news for the PI's... as for loosing shirts it depends on what happens to ACE over the coming years? Just my own opinion... TN | thenorth
18/1/2011 21:56 | Sir Rational what do you mean? the convertibles convert at 30p, there will be maybe £20m of NAV pro forma and there is a fair chance the business will be sold on within shortly - maybe 10p or better per share? why do you suggest everybody lost their shirts - have i missed something??? | baner
18/1/2011 20:30 | Everybody lost their shirts | sir rational

25/11/2010 16:55 | Anybody heard about a tie up with Eurocar and signing over Credit Repairs to another company to fund? If true does this mean cross hire vehicles from Eurocar, so no vehicle costs outlay and take a refferal fee on the credit Repairs. | eagle21
14/10/2010 12:11 | Sticking by my 0.4p valuation. You see that with very few trades, the price is getting walked down. | hiq
