Posted at 17/4/2024 18:37 by wooty01 Thx cyberbub. Boom is basically a US company with the vast proportion of its revenue coming in USD in USA market. Most of senior management are in New York. If I was part of the decision making on this issue I'd take the steps to go fully into a US stock market. No point having a major portion of stock still in UK and subject to the mindset of negativity which is mirrored on this board. There will be issues for some investors who have used ISA and will not be able to tax shield their investment anymore. |
Posted at 17/4/2024 16:23 by wooty01 You've read the comments correctly MrBear2. Management are totally frustrated with the Aim market and rightly so. On no metrics is the current valuation realistic nor justified. We all now it's being manipulated between a range of 250 to 350. All by the same players except for some a few new or long term investors. If this situation doesn't change I fully expect a listing elsewhere or a sale which probably won't be near a fair value of £13. But for sure work is going on in the background and something will be done. Management have had enough of growing the company and a true value not being reflected. I don't know the process to delist and move to another stock market. |

But close enough to profitability and potential dividend payments.With no debt to repay, that's a dead-cert surely? 12-18 months until a maiden dividend? And that should attract new investors - an income stream from a growing company. The sweet spot for any decent investor. |

He was warned multiple times but in typical amateur style he had no plan and became greedy. He was holding out for £30/£40 + on the last spike . Once bitten , twice…… bitten for Wooty .
