11/7/2008 10:35 | So it was the directors who nicked my idea. Hope you don't mind me chatting away to myself. Only problem with being on my own here is that their is an echo..echo..echo..ec GT | goonertone
11/7/2008 09:49 | Oih who nicked my idea. GT | goonertone
11/7/2008 09:17 | Ahhh the joys of a microcap. Up and down on small, in financial terms, sales and purchases and all with a massive spread. I'm sorely tempted to take out the last few at 1.8p just to see what they do but have got to many of these already as a proportion of my portfolio. Decisions.Decisions Gt | goonertone
26/6/2008 08:45 | Whe4to Its a conceptual event aimed at showing what can be done with the technology available. It's not a sales event though by participating Asite are obviously hoping that those involved will get used to their product. The point they are trying to make is a technological, cost and enviromental one. Hopefully the main industry press will be there to report on it. I have been keeping an eye on it and as a completee novice to the world of design find it amazing that such a disparate group of people can have pulled together so much design/info whithout leaving their offices. And as for was it worth it, who knows but I atatch a link to a blog by a chap from BIW. The last para or 2 relate to the buildlondonlive event. The last line for me is what its all about. Will it be earnings enhancing only nathan doughty or Tony Ryan can tell you that. GT | goonertone
24/6/2008 12:09 | Am I missing something...was only 12 teams entered from around the world!! Is that it!! or am I missing something Kev | whe4to
24/6/2008 11:45 | Looks like I missed out on the butties then. | flc
24/6/2008 09:05 | Are we able to afford this sort of outlay :) GT | goonertone
23/6/2008 15:13 | A bit more on events this week | goonertone
20/6/2008 19:41 | Dear Kevin, The accounts will be released on the 27th of June. Regards, Giles Thomas Financial Controller Asite Solutions Ltd Unit E2, 3rd Floor Zetland House 5-25 Scrutton Street London EC2A 4HJ DD +44 (0) 20 7749 7894 T +44 (0) 20 7749 7880 F +44 (0) 20 7749 7890 W www.asite.com Company Registration Number: 04040122 VAT Number: 882000944 Registered Address: Unit 3E2 Zetland House, 5-25 Scrutton St, London, EC2A 4HJ Sorry chaps as above that's the information I received. Results moving in the right direction, but must admit the progress is still slow and to be fair i'm disappointed. Really hope we've kicked on in the last 6 months to date.....wait til next results......suppose we have to.... | whe4to
20/6/2008 12:27 | The PR could well come with the buildLondondlive bimstorm event next week. Everyone involved has free access to Asite software for the duration of the competiotn/excercise so industry professionals will get to see how it works real time. These Bimstorm events have started to attract not only some industry attention but also some enviromental attention as, especially the LA one, proved that you can collaborate on a project from inception without the need to leave your office. their is a press conference after the event on thursday I think. heres the link if anyone is interested. GT | goonertone
20/6/2008 11:29 | Agree, what we need is some half decent PR and a few snippets in the weekend tabloids not to mention IC and the usual suspects. This company has always lacked investor interest which is a shame because they have good prospects and solid financial backing. | flc
20/6/2008 11:25 | Nice to see a tick up but can't they do something about the spread? I'm sure the online limits are better(haven't checked) but 40% isn't exactly going to get people tripping over themselves. In the long term it doesn't make much difference but it just looks rubbish to new investors at first glance. GT | goonertone
20/6/2008 08:15 | Progress but not profit. We'll get there one day so will put the certs back in the drawer and wait until next year. Still a good long term hold IMHO and current climate should work in their favour. | flc
20/6/2008 08:08 | Results are out. I did think the date given by whe4to was a bit strange as they will be hosting "BiMstorm, Build London Live" most of next week. Results not stellar but lets say going in the right direction again. I think the change in pricing should see results next year and onwards, BIMstorm should be good for marketing next week and perversely the problems in the housing industry should focus large companies minds on ways to save money within the building process thus leading to an uptake in collaboration tools. AIMHO Armageddon not here so I will retire to watch from afar again. GT | goonertone
18/6/2008 18:22 | Top man....you deserve the fruits...just seems like you & me here....fortune favours the brave.....good luck.. | whe4to
18/6/2008 07:34 | It's been a long time coming. The company can't go on indefinitely losing money but there seems to be progress made every year. They must be very near to reaching critical mass to achieve profitable trading and once we're there then the future should look promising. I've held for over 4 years so prepared to hang on in there! | flc
17/6/2008 18:27 | FLC totally agree....shares tightly held here..as my post 98 held for years...dropped 22% yesterday on £1400 trade..ridiculous.. looking forward to results...as I do every 6 months...there will be massive upside when positive news comes out...and I believe it is WHEN not IF!! | whe4to
17/6/2008 07:31 | Cheers. Price seems very volatile on small trades. If the results are OK and we get some buying then there should be some positive movement. | flc
16/6/2008 20:00 | Results out...27th June confirmed by Asite today..... | whe4to
30/5/2008 12:57 | Someone obviously got bored of waiting for news flow and sold out can.t say I blame them....however as i,ve stated many times before this company is hugely undervalued, awaiting results end of month. The spread's a killer, hopefully results will be worth waiting for!!!!!! I,ve held for over 6 years adding yearly, I have own 3m shares. good Luck....Kev | whe4to
09/5/2008 17:57 | Received email from asite today, results last week in June! put back for some reason, was first told early may, reported April last year.... any views anyone......hopefull B Lucky Kv | whe4to
16/4/2008 08:34 | Based on the last Interim report they will need to show a hefty increase in revenues for the last 6 months to break in to profit. Don't think we'll get there this time but the indicators look good for the following year. I do like Asite - very under rated IMHO. | flc
15/4/2008 20:10 | Agree GT, I think revenues with individual page usage against fixed fee should show marked improvement? Not long to wait.... | future earner
15/4/2008 13:24 | FE Earlier than usual. Gave up posting on here as no one appeared to be about. Will be interesting to see how they report on the new long term contract with Laing O'rourke. This obviously formalises their connection but what effect will it have on earnings. i would suggest that it will even out sales over the years as lumpy contract specific wins will be reoplaced by a known yearly user fee. Should also allow better forward planning and management of costs and allow sales staff to concentrate on new customers rather than tendering for individual projects with O'rourke. GT | goonertone
14/4/2008 19:12 | Spoke to finance dept. results due out first 2 weeks of May....good luck. honestly believe profitability is going to be achieved Kev | future earner |
