Agreed - think this is still v much under the radar. From the annual report anticipated revenue from projects in pipelines is impressive vs the current Market Cap. Lot`s of ifs and buts obviously..


o First Extra Care scheme in Grimsby delivered
o Pipeline of 19 schemes, on site (2) or appointed (17) with £149m of revenue anticipated to be recognised
 Health market continuing to evolve
o Pipeline of 13 schemes, on site (2) or appointed (11) with £32m of revenue anticipated to be recognised

The upside looks very good at these levels and I don't believe the market has factored in recent news.

There is information on the internet that says Havant scheme is worth £30 million and Leicester £20 million (giving a confirmed deal size for these two schemes at £50 million. Not able to find any details about the value of Bristol and Scarborough but these could be similar in size (total of the four schemes could be £100 million!).
