15/7/2016 11:39 | Took an initial stake here, foot back in the door for me. | my retirement fund
13/7/2016 13:49 | Think we all need to keep faith for a while longer. Ultimate success is for the first time looking more likely than failure, but think we are another year away from this really coming good. | topvest
13/7/2016 09:55 | the govt will be keen to unlock shovel ready projects, hopefully they see resolving this as one way to do that. It might tread water in the meantime, but they seem confident enough of achieving this years numbers. Debtor growth hit cashflow. It will be interesting to hear whether that reverses in H1 '17. Good to hear also that 50% of employees are buying shares. A sign of confidence. | oregano
13/7/2016 08:56 | These results are quite an achievement. If government can just get on and clarify their own legislation this company is more than capable of providing the much needed housing for extra care clients. I despair of the delays caused by internal political matters. Government needs to get a grip and kick its civil servants hard to resolve these delays so that building can begin without further delays. This company has a great future ahead so lets get on with it! | irenekent
13/7/2016 08:18 | Yes, pleasantly surprised. Looks like delays on the benefit policy are holding up the pipeline in the current year, so I don't expect 16/17 to be much better. Cash is still tight as they are still using the very expensive Rockpool facility. 17/18 could be very strong though. At long last, the business appears to be heading in the right direction. Well done management. They have a little more on site work than this time last year that also bodes well - £12.3m versus £10m. Results also on time. It's a long time since we haven't been disappointed on results day at Ashley House! | topvest
13/7/2016 07:28 | Well that's a nicely understated result. PER of 3.5x anyone? Obviously still some uncertainty, but borrowing under control and some revenue visibility. Well done the BOD on executing this turnaround. | 18bt
12/7/2016 07:49 | Ashley House is delighted to announce that it has been named Impact Company of the Year at the Small Cap Awards. | masurenguy

21/5/2016 21:48 | Think this year's results will be poor, but looking much better for 2016/17 I think. A few more sites progressing on the web-site pre year end: - Durham planning secured hxxp://www.ashleyhou - Work started at Walton-on-the-naze hxxp://www.ashleyhou At some point I'm hoping our patience will be rewarded. I presume that we are still awaiting for the finalisation of government policy on extra care schemes? That will be the catalyst for a re-rating one way or the other no doubt. | topvest
10/5/2016 16:15 | That's the weird thing. Highest price paid recently is 10p yet they have bought back a load of stock but paid 10.1p for it. When do mm's take a loss for it there has to be a slowly worked buy order for them to be bidding so high they never give away free money | annonymous2
10/5/2016 16:10 | Level 2 looking good. They`ll take 150,000 off my hands @ 10.1p..... | 3noddy
09/5/2016 17:31 | Yes Ft,like yourself i think that there are £60m-80m in sites that are due to commence this year.Leicester has come on considerably and on the face of it looks ready to progress from the planning stage Will be affixed to the RNS feed this week GLA | riddlerone
09/5/2016 12:08 | Looks like we may get another tick up in the share price and it will be interesting to get an update on progress. | first_things
07/5/2016 20:11 | Yes, I was a tad surprised. Maybe it's the delay on the ExtraCare schemes, but the downgrade was 3m ago. Odd! Anyway still hopeful that things will come good. | topvest
07/5/2016 18:50 | How can they be forcast to lose all that if they returned to profits in the interims ? Does not add up topvest. | annonymous2
07/5/2016 15:18 | Consensus forecast is for another big loss in FY16 of -6.9p. Bit surprised H2 is expected to be this weak. Anyone else notice? | topvest
06/5/2016 10:52 | Depends if anybody wants to chase it. Been a while since that spike to 14p+ on the North Yorkshire framework deal. Limits are as good as they get 9.9-10p so bidding over mid price and that 10p is there for show no online offer just fill or kill but I do not have L2 from memory most mm's are 10k and possibly one on 50k (house broker) so depends who is on offer but next buy should take it out. If no selling today we are headed for 10-11p range | annonymous2
06/5/2016 10:29 | Anybody know the level 2 pricing and what are the chances of a break out of the current trading range? | first_things
06/5/2016 09:28 | Nothing available now not even 1000 shares to buy | annonymous2
06/5/2016 08:29 | Squeeze on currently, only 15k online available at full offer 10p | annonymous2
05/5/2016 20:47 | The 150k at 10p earlier in the week seems confident enough to pay a 0.5p premium at the time. Brave...hmm Ash seem to be announcing none stop good news on the website and elsewhere but never rns it so maybe things are going well behind the scenes | annonymous2
05/5/2016 17:31 | Brave to buy with a trading update likely in the next week and the awaited government confirmation referenced in the interims not having been given (albeit a 1 year deferral was given). "Risks remain but the Extra Care model is strong and the lack of suitable housing in the UK together with the ageing population means this is a sustainable, growing market. The Board remains confident that the Company will be profitable for the full year subject to the timing risk on the next Extra Care developments which is affected by the awaited confirmation of Government policy." | scburbs
05/5/2016 17:01 | I agree annon... At least 15p by year end. | ih_535308 |
