Accept or don't accept the offer.
What's the % figure they need to make it unconditional?
Is it 75% or 80%....I used to bloody know!!!

Lufc.the whole thing stinks.Why would a powerful man like the Georgian investor walk away.I would guess he has been payed off to walk with a brown envelope or he has been told that there will be no approval and that the fda will drag it out so that aquabounty run out of cash.Somebody wants this tech out of the hands of abtx and the powers that be are involved in that.once the deal is done I would lay odds that the approval will follow soon after.

Highest price paid in the last 12 months is 8p so that will probably be the price we will be paid........

Normally hardly any trades in a typical week but, since the news of a bid the buying volume has risen somewhat. Odd to say the least.
Hmmmm.???
