As we all expected ,this is not just about a process of examining the data and making a decision based on that data.politics is influential in the delays and as the company states the FDA have a responsibility to update aquabounty.Our wealthy benefactor will no doubt keep us afloat but at what cost to shareholders.looks like its spam for Xmas again this year ,when will the turkey arrive .lol.

Suspected something yesterday.got to be patient but turning out to be a real tester.furking FDA .shows that any volume can make or break this one .annoying thing is that the fish will be used somewhere around the world and will IMHO become part of the food chain.

Goz and Lufc.elections in November only two months to wait.I can't really see buzz light year getting elected so Obama who appears to be aquabounty fish friendly is the man and could that mean approval.hopefully before big bucks from Georgia has to dip in his pocket and squeeze us all out.

The terms at which we raised the last bundle of cash was painful to say the least. Our Georgian benefactor really took us to the cleaners. I hate to think of what the next lot will do........ More salaries need paying now to.

I thought they would at least release their report on the Salmon before the election. After all they don't need to give approval straight away after the report.

This is really clutching at straws but it is my option that the FDA has informed the Obama administration that they will be releasing a favourable report. I suspect the reply has come back "fine but bloody well do it after the election". If the FDA had given the application a negative reception I see no reason why they would have felt compelled to delay this as lets face it that is by far and away the most popular thing they could do.

6th of November. Then give it another couple of months for everything to die down and another 5 to ensure that ABTX goes bust and then I am sure the FDA will give their verdict!
