Fda giving approval..doesn't seem to fit in with my cynical view of what has taken place here.However Aquabounty may well have played a blinder here.If we have approval before deal is done or signed up things could change so the company taking over will want a quick conclusion .if there is no approval before deal is done the aquabounty people ,mr Stottish and the original board will be looked after by the new company ,shareholders get a small premium and the board can see the fish approved.Interesting times.

Unusual goings on here. MMs gone 3 v 3 and max online is 1500 shares at(7.75p) FULL ask.
Don't often see that.

I suspect they will want to get it all done very sharpish. Imagine if the FDA gave approval before the whole thing was done and dusted............. Good for us not for them.

Have a gut feeling that this will be wrapped up sooner rather than later....imo.
ie; It won't drag on for several months. They will want to roll this tech out asap.
Would be nice to get a counter offer but, it looks like a done deal to me.

Well that is it chaps, the dream is over for us! I suppose it was a choice between getting diluted into the ground and still having the risk that the FDA would delay and delay resulting in yet more dilution or getting our money back (although for me only just )........ Linnaeus Capital are accepting defeat which must be a little painful after the palcing they did at 17p!
