worked out the prices that the trades were dealt at that matched the prices Fox Davies were offering stock at online

papillon, intrigued as to how you know which stock Fox Davies sold?

If it was someone like barclays or td waterhouse i think that would be a fair point but Fox Davies are not a big broking house I would be very surprised if they have many clients who all seem to want to sell at this time. I will contact the LSE and get clarification hopefully we can establish who this seller is.

Going through the trades in AOR this week I have managed to establish that Fox Davies sold around 140 000 shares which equates to nearly 3%,yet this has not been declared.
I'm not familiar with regards to disclosures but I would have thought on that size a disclosure would be necessary.
