02/11/2012 13:21 | Interesting comment from someone on cafepharma site saying the decision has been made by the courts but not released? | guru
02/11/2012 11:42 | Here is hoping we get the backing from the courts. It will change the dynamics considerably. I think St Jude think we will come running. They may be waiting a while! | gac141
02/11/2012 09:02 | one business day until termination and no sign of an injunction yet.... | vega44
30/10/2012 17:42 | Papillon- what the MM's are offering etc at the moment is irrelevant. If we get a satisfactory and fair judgment on the court case with St Jude the share price may double. They know no more than you or I . | gac141
30/10/2012 09:40 | interestingly when the share price was above £3 mms were offering stock very easily and it was very difficult to sell, the shares fell to 45p at that level the stock became well bid for and it was difficult to buy hence a rise to over £1 once again the shares are very easily offered and its difficult to sell. So one can quite easily determine the direction of the share price by the amount mms are bidding and offering At present the biggest bid is 100 shares and both mms are offering 10 000 at 77.5 and 78p | papillon88
30/10/2012 09:32 | Would have expected some buying after the fund raising but seems to be more selling | papillon88
26/10/2012 18:59 | Nice move by AOR directors. Keeps the hand of STJ off your company while you put them in their place. | 1prophet
26/10/2012 17:18 | I guess the AIT liquidation announcement timing was deliberate alongside the AOR funding statement. That way all the (substantial) AIT holding in AOR (18.45%) is formally and 'strategically available' to 'interested parties' as we move into the 'exciting' (!) next phase . | bearfoot
26/10/2012 16:36 | AIT active - co-incidence? Accordingly, the Board is proposing that, following the approval by Shareholders, the Company will be placed into members' voluntary liquidation and the surplus assets of the Company, after realisation of all the remaining investments and settlement of all liabilities, will be distributed to Shareholders in accordance with their respective entitlements under the Articles. | 25october1969
26/10/2012 16:20 | This has saved the company until we hopefully win our termination of contract with St Jude. Then the real price of the company will be realised. | gac141
26/10/2012 16:13 | True papillon- I'm not saying its a bad move- I don't think they had much choice. I'm just pondering what implication this has on the value of the shares (I guess that a dilutive fund raising of some sort was already in the price) | marlint111
26/10/2012 16:05 | valid point marlin but I think the notes equate to roughly 30p a share if redeemed before 31 mar 2013 and 45p if redeemed after which in the whole scheme of things is not too bad to avoid administration | papillon88
26/10/2012 16:01 | I have to admit I did fear the worst and didnt think we were going to be able to raise the money, but this has to be viewed as a positive | papillon88
26/10/2012 16:01 | So- there's a good upside for the note holders. Will there be anything less for shareholders after they've taken their slice or any settlment/acquisitio | marlint111
26/10/2012 15:54 | So we are fully funded... This will be a body blow to STJ | gac141
26/10/2012 15:53 | RNS re funding just realeased | papillon88
26/10/2012 12:22 | I think the fund raising is ok.. I expect an announcement of this any time... | gac141
26/10/2012 09:42 | Down 7 today on no volume current price 75-80 and you can buy 25000 shares at 77. Still no news on funding. I have been very optimistic that we may get a positive result from all the latest developments but this is not looking good | papillon88
25/10/2012 14:53 | we continue to get updates re STJ. Why arent we getting an update regarding the offer for the polymer business and raising of funds. | papillon88
24/10/2012 14:16 | Question is have AOR got funding? St Jude are desperate to know. Chaos could hit St Jude if this is the case. | 1prophet
22/10/2012 09:25 | First point to Aortech then! | gac141
22/10/2012 09:18 | So the TRO was dismissed before AORTECH filed a response! | landy90
22/10/2012 07:48 | Maybe have seen something on a US site? | gac141
20/10/2012 21:04 | Hoping for a US judge to rule against a US company is a big ask. Best of luck to holders. | badday
20/10/2012 20:13 | There is a perfect storm brewing. St Jude seem to be running out of options and may be resorting to tactics that will cause them to fail in their bid to keep David from defeating Goliath. Maybe the Judicial service will see them for what they are; bully's; and have tried to contrive a situation where they can take over our company for a pittance. Bill Brown and Eddie Mcdaid are made of steel and they will ultimately prevail! Good always does........... | gac141 |
