News on regional funding will do more to this than the licence. I think we are going to see why RY was in such a hurry with funding and why Crede were so happy to take equity. The licence signalled we had completed the long winded bureaucratic Russian process. Funding will signal a desire to work with us. You wait folks. Layer on a phenomenal change in economic fundamentals and Jinchuan as a partner, we've for £1 coins for under 6p today.

Absolutely cheap as chips. Expecting news from Jinchuan as the likely partner. First - news on resource, that first step towards dfsSecond - some stronger news from Far East development fund, not funding yet, but taking the glory for deals pendingThen - Jinchuan as one of many deals including some match funding from Far East development fundAll this will happen as people realise certain commodities are way over sold.

Its pretty simple really the 550k yesterdays was the last of the sells and has now completed which means a blue sky rise. Literally only 300k worth of sells on the whole of the book and 850k of buys, Expecting this to really take off
