Mr Lau's latest warrants (RNS 13/3/15) can be exercised at £1 but he is obviously not going to be doing that until a much, much higher level. He wants the big ticket, global orders, as indicated in previous interviews.

32,653,843 shares in all, top 4 hold 80.76%. That leaves just 6,282,600 for all pi's to trade a company changing rig delivery RNS, acquisition or new shipping/rig contract.

It's time to accumulate or buy the dips imo. That is, if the mm's can get hold of stock to fill those orders...
