Nice 40k buy above the offer price @ 73p - small PI's selling offset by bigger buys.

There is a neckline there - but no meaningful bull divergence yet - so unless RSI & MTM both punch up through the mid line on positive news - it doesn't look fanciable

Agree with sheep herder and nw99You need patience here Sit tight and wait it out The lower they go the more of a buying opportunity Plus maybe there will be the chance of an institutional investor

Regarding everyone getting itchy about take up. Go away on holiday for a year or something. For Gods sake. It's not going to be an overnight success. You can't just flick a switch and suddenly have every PPD selling via the platform. It will be exponential and the earliest we'll see any data is the half year results in Sept. I doubt there will be anything exciting in the FY16 results.

The only news I'm expecting before Sept is at least one more deal that will provide a bottom end DCF valuation of 112p a share.

Regarding Magento, they class themselves as the number 1 eCommerce solution. The platform is open source with a bunch of API's that allow people to expand on the basic tools offered - for example, the highest rated extension is a shipping/tracking one allowing the user to integrate that side of the business into their platform.

My assumption, and it is purely my own logical thinking, is that ALT would do well to provide extensions for all these platforms, Magento/Shopify/etc, that allow people to set up a PPD service using ALT's systems but on top of Magento/Shopify.

No it hasn't. Read the last RNS.

Edit, let me clarfiy, the distributor websites went live. Those are not the customer websites that will create the cash flow. The last RNS talked about the new email marketing tools provided to those disti's to help market their new websites to customers. There will likely have been very little take up given they are only just starting to market them.

Only if the news shows them gaining traction with take up. News of low take up would surely see another sell off.

In the absence of news, I think the market is simply assuming low take up. It's now been 4 months since the first websites went live...

What we need is news on end user take up. I agree with commentators - that would see the share price go vertical!

Imho, the feedback must have been, "if it aint broke, why fix it"

I found the whole experience, fascinating and in a real way, uplifting and educational.

A brilliant day out with rewards. Customer focus are very, very good at their job.

Market makers had great fun with these and the spread must have made them a lot of money. I sold at 107p as they plummeted so fast and these are illiquid at the best of times. They are a good company imo and are on SCSW portfolio and I expect they will be a great company in years to come.
