I don't see it as a major worry for the ltbh investor although it's a bit of a smack in the eye for any tip-chasers who bought on Monday.

Officialdom in these under-developed countries often likes to show who's boss and may string out clearance to restart for as long as they reasonably (or even unreasonably) can and extract the maximum 'advantage' for 'expediting' the process.

My view is roughly as dvsfm above and if we get a further dip in the mean time it can be viewed as an opportunity.

stop worrying they will soon re-start, whats an extra day or two processing, over the years this will stockpile will easily be absorbed

I'm a bit loathed to say that myself as I don't want to be the marchant of doom for a second time in a fortnight. It gets me wondering if they are just weak at timely communication or actually haven't started production.

With PNG ahead of us they must surely know whether or not they restarted production today. I'd have expected that they'd want to communicate the fact to us the owners.
