02/10/2011 21:36 | 72million euros x current 12.5% rate = 9m euros tax shield or £8m/67m shares so gross tax shield worth 11.5p per share. That's gross of course Imho | fairdeal2008
02/10/2011 20:23 | I picked up a few of these last week. Looks an interesting punt at this level. | someuwin
02/10/2011 19:55 | What do the tax losses amount to? | chrisis33
02/10/2011 19:54 | I've got some ... and plan to top up With a few more. Wouldn't mind knowing more about agi-350 but I guess we'll find out more in time. Positive news here should see the mcap at least reflect cash in the bank, so more than a doubler on a positive update is my target. | chrisis33
02/10/2011 19:52 | Still got all mine FD value will out in the end the tax losses alone are worth many times todays market cap. | wskill
02/10/2011 19:45 | yes im still holding a few here as well ... before the mob arrive hopefully ! m | maurillac
30/9/2011 23:48 | Yep, I'm here FD, happy days eh ! | robward
30/9/2011 23:38 | Is anyone else holding here? Feels quite lonely? | fairdeal2008
30/9/2011 22:56 | Well the main man Mr Devane CEO owns 15.2% of the stock (10.3million shares I think). I cant imagine he is too happy having seen the value of his holding drop from £13 million to £300,000 in a few years. They are beavering away at something, so I have taken a position before they are able (post orphan drug confirmation) to tell us what it is, in the knowledge that right now the shares are worth about 35% of cash at bank at the moment. imho | fairdeal2008
29/9/2011 22:28 | Yes confirmation of orphan drug status will allow them to release information about the specifics of what they are working on. And they have invested much time, energy and money into it so they must be convinced. Also, they have stated they are nearing the end of pre-clinical work and have a short term eye on partnerships/human trials. There is just a possibility we may get a very decent rns and that could change the game here. Which would be superb given they are currently valued at at share price of 3.63p compared to cash alone of 9p per share. Its why I am here! imho | fairdeal2008
29/9/2011 20:14 | Just need the RNS imminently, on the back of AGL and PYC we should see 7p minimum. | double6
29/9/2011 16:59 | Seems crazy that this company is valued at such a discount to cash in the bank. Anyone have an inkling as to why? Or is the fact totally overlooked? i'm thinking about taking a position here. Thanks | chrisis33
29/9/2011 15:44 | 9p per share cash at bank and a new lead programme agi350 preclinical completing and news soon re possible human trials... It is priced on the floor.... | fairdeal2008
29/9/2011 15:38 | FD looking good again!! amd AGI is only 1 away from AGL!! | moreforus
29/9/2011 15:34 | I see what you mean about this one Fd. Certainly looks cheap to me. | someuwin
29/9/2011 15:31 | Indeed its moving!! | fairdeal2008
29/9/2011 15:15 | AGI will have its day in the sun soon FD2008 it does not take much buying to move the share price. | wskill

29/9/2011 14:47 | AGIs partnership with Aerogen looks interesting, wonder what is going to come out of this soon: see link | fairdeal2008
29/9/2011 14:35 | Well max online offer now just 25k | fairdeal2008
29/9/2011 12:19 | I may have to research this. Must be a very good reason why it trades at such a large discount for the risk either Management or cash burn. | schrodingers_cat
29/9/2011 12:05 | Hyper: Cash and short-term deposits at 30 June 2011 of $9.3 million Add $300,000 patent sale value Deduct operating expenses ($900,000/6* July-Sept) -$450,000 Net cash end of September: $9.15million $ to £ = 1.55 $9.15mn/1.55 = £5.903mn £5.903mn/67,412,783 shares = 8.8p per share current cash. Current share price 3.13 / cash 8.8p Means mkt cap at 37.5% of current cash at bank. Hope that helps - been good for me to properly check my calcs too at end of september | fairdeal2008
29/9/2011 09:57 | Does it have £6m in bank now? What is the rate of cash burn? | hyper al |
