Logic, Yes. I was in pet recently and closed the position for several reasons. Afren isnt really a gamble. Lot less risk now. Production soon. Acquiring good assets. Top management team, and I mean top, not DH.

The only thing that concerns me is if we get another drop like we did back in August/Sept (from 80p to 60p)

I'm already in PET, but am considering getting a T20 in this.

Thats why i was a bit dismayed that EEL went up at the same time. Afren would need a very good lawyer for any tie-up there I feel. Hope it dont happen.

ilancas nice chart but can you adjust the top channel so it connects from the oct 07 big white candle . that would suggest a higher target again for the chartists out there.

alongside Afren being undervalued, I think that the latest appointment of Doug has highlighted the companies strategy once production is under way. Once revenues start to come in, I see Afren aggressively increasing its portfolio with both producing assetts and exploration.

123/124p was tgt muted by one broker . Ambrian i think have 144p target
wasnt merrill (who had 110p as an initial target when this was around 75p)

afren is undervalued, and when you think of its projected income for 2008 and 2009, is way undervalue..
