16/11/2005 16:55 | "I am pleased to report that trading in the current year continues to show that profits are in-line with budget and I look forward to reporting acceptable results in December for the six months ending 30 September 2005." SCREAMING BUY FOR A QUICK PROFIT IN DECEMBER WHEN THE RESULTS COME OUT. Do your on research and you will see that directors have been buying at these levels and they have issued very bullish statements. This is a great comapny and is waiting to be picked up buy a bigger group. | qalbabbass
09/11/2005 21:45 | good point/plan ... will set an invest limit for 58p :) good luck | timshare
09/11/2005 13:46 | im still in timshare, may top-up later. You should note that if it gets to the support level well before the results we may see buying and upside movement earlier. | qalbabbass
09/11/2005 12:37 | Sells today... :( you still holding QALBABBASS ?? I am out now.. Might buy back in next month nearer the interims as i think this is just gonna keep drifting down till then | timshare
03/11/2005 14:40 | urrgh! down again today with more sells | timshare
02/11/2005 14:48 | I agree with you in part, if there is strong support at 62p then having my stop loss at 61p seems a good idea! i think that there wont be news till december and that the price will drift a little more before then perhaps down to 62p! If good news comes at christmas, then i expect a good jump. However if it is bad, we could end up back in the 50s again. With a safty stop loss in place, time to put these back in the draw till after crimbo and see if santa brings me some good RNS's! :) | timshare
01/11/2005 17:54 | mmm, interesting. From a charting perspective the price has support at 62-63p and one would certainly observe upside aat that level. I can only think of one reason why this price would fall below that level and thats a set of poor results. If that does occur then we could see the price retract to 40p, however according to previous statements the results look very promising. I think they have to post something really poor for this to happen as they have a lot of franchising to do which will inevitably bring in revenue. If they post a good set of results, wont be surprised to see 100p+. The question is why is there selling and the price falling? Well Ithink its people getting impatient with the stock. This should not be surprising as the price has not fluctuated much since March (60-75p). It has been a long time since any real movement has occured. As for me I moved in at 68p at the end of August. Or you could be right and someone knows something we dont. However if a person is in a position to know something is going poor, then they must have a close link with the company and would sell a substantial amount rather than the measly 12500, 81, and 1638. If it was a director sell we would have a problem but it cant be that as theres no RNS. Lets wait and see, still optimistic | qalbabbass
01/11/2005 16:43 | another large sell yesterday!! ?? 15:10:27 31-OCT-2005 63.00 12,500 *Sell someone know something we dont ? | timshare
28/10/2005 10:33 | more sells yesterday .. not very many.. but still sells... 15:22:07 27-OCT-2005 64.50 1,638 *Sell O 13:53:29 27-OCT-2005 64.50 81 *Sell O i am getting a little worried.... i think i will set my stop loss at 61p. what basis to you think this will hold steady till dec? seems to be dropping all the time! | timshare
28/10/2005 08:05 | price just dropping every day. there was a large buy (5000) a few days ago, but that did not cause any upside. wait and see. | qalbabbass
26/10/2005 10:26 | (alt) well thats a nice jump up ... i stand corrected :) looks like it will go over 50p! :) | timshare
26/10/2005 10:17 | check out ALT again, looks like a reverse head and shoulders to me. Since i told you about ALT it has moved up 16%. reversing the head and shoulders. | qalbabbass
24/10/2005 23:07 | KYS seems good... but ALT seems to be forming a head and shoulders formation - not so sure about that one! :) | timshare
24/10/2005 23:04 | would recomend ARM with a view to sell at 1.17, HHO with a veiw to sell over 2.5p and AZM wit a view to hold till the new year. | timshare
24/10/2005 16:45 | This is a strong buy but most people shy away from it because its not a trendy stock. Its a bog-standard company and has growth potential. Low Risk. people need to get on the bandwagon before they miss out. Hey timshare do you have any tips? Im currently in ALT and KYS. | qalbabbass
24/10/2005 13:58 | good point! well ... lets wait and see what december brings then! | timshare
21/10/2005 11:40 | QALBABBASS - 17 Oct'05 - 11:37 - 39 of 42 edit should not be suprised to see the price flatter around these levels until december or so | qalbabbass
21/10/2005 11:38 | I dont think the price will go that low and if it does it would certainly be a time to top-up. From the last statement good results are expected in December. The company has growth potential in that it has few care homes to franchise yet. If the management can show that they can make profit, with the large aquisitions (i.e.Newsham which will caertainly increase turnover and hopefully profit if theres good management) then I would not be suprised to see a larger carehome company taking them over. They have good prospects. You only need to look at the chart to see that whenever they have published the results, there has been an increase in the price. Also If you look at the director buys, again a sharp increase is observed, and when they sell a decline. As far as I can remember directors have bought in the summer and have not sold. They tend to sell when the price is at a peak( this is specific to these directors not general) and they have not done so as yet. They only bought in the summer and the price moved up 10-15%, im sure the directors are in for more than that. You just have to look at the large price increment during 2004-2005 transition. Directors bought before the increase and sold right at the top. The price increased by 100-110%. im still in | qalbabbass
20/10/2005 16:12 | hmmm ... someone seems to be dumping large amounts of shares eachday .. price going down :( will set my stop loss to 63! | timshare
17/10/2005 12:02 | possible take over target | qalbabbass
17/10/2005 11:37 | should not be suprised to see the price flatter around these levels until december or so | qalbabbass
17/10/2005 11:35 | gone down again today. No volume no news. interesting. | qalbabbass
03/10/2005 17:38 | " Good progress continues to be made with development opportunities which will unlock the latent values in the Group's assets and free up capital to acquire further care homes and (((I hope to be able to make an announcement in this respect shortly)))." maybe an RNS about the website and the announcement mentioned above :0) looking good, still perplexed why people arent interested in this stock. | qalbabbass
03/10/2005 16:26 | maybe they will release and RNS when the (coming soon..) sections are complete ? or perhaps not as they did mention it in their last RNS? who knows! :) | timshare
03/10/2005 15:22 | good company website, but I was hoping for an RNS, which would atract people to the website. There is no point in having a website if no one knows about it. | qalbabbass |
