Co Secretary buying, maiden divi likely. 50% to 100% pretty dead quick if they beat last year imo. Results anyday now. CR |

Peter Dewe-Mathews, Chairman, made the following statement at the Company's Annual General Meeting: 'I am pleased to report that trading in the current year continues to show that profits are in-line with budget and I look forward to reporting acceptable results in December for the six months ending 30 September 2005. Good progress continues to be made with development opportunities which will unlock the latent values in the Group's assets and free up capital to acquire further care homes and I hope to be able to make an announcement in this respect shortly.
