i think it looks quite good - clean and to the point... they are obviouly waiting for some form of live data provider for the investor stuff.

Result of AGM and AGM Statement

ADL plc announces that all of the resolutions proposed at the Annual General
Meeting of the Company held today were duly passed.

Peter Dewe-Mathews, Chairman, made the following statement at the Company's
Annual General Meeting:

'I am pleased to report that trading in the current year continues to show that
profits are in-line with budget and I look forward to reporting acceptable
results in December for the six months ending 30 September 2005.

Good progress continues to be made with development opportunities which will
unlock the latent values in the Group's assets and free up capital to acquire
further care homes and I hope to be able to make an announcement in this
respect shortly.

Finally, several shareholders have asked where they can obtain more information
on ADL, its shares and share price. The share price is quoted daily in 'The
Times' under the section 'Healthcare'. If you are using a web site, the
Company's Stock Exchange code is 'AD.'

To provide further information I am happy to announce that from the end of
September 2005 shareholders will be able to find a considerable amount of
information on the Company on our new web site 'www.adlcare.com''.

AD. Has reached its NAV, however i think this still has a little more to go. AGM coming up on 7th sept. looking forward to hearing about the new items menntioned in thier report.
