Issue of Equity 
 
The Directors of Acuity Environmental VCT plc (the "Company") are pleased to 
announce that with respect to the Offer for the 2010/2011 tax year a further 
allotment has been made on 22 September 2010 of 32,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p 
each ("Ordinary Shares") and 32,000 A shares of 0.1p each ("A Shares"), such 
shares having been issued under offers (the "Offers") made pursuant to a joint 
prospectus of the Company and Acuity Environmental VCT 2 plc, dated 19 November 
2009, to raise up to, in aggregate, GBP20 million (the "Prospectus"). Each 
Ordinary Share and A Share have together been issued at a price of 100 pence. 
 
In accordance with the Prospectus for the Linked Offers for Subscription of the 
Company and Acuity Environmental VCT 2 plc, dated 19 November 2009, as the 
Companies received less than GBP10 million in aggregate, the Directors have 
allocated the valid applications with respect to the 2010/2011 tax year solely 
to Acuity Environmental VCT plc. 
 
Application for the allotted Ordinary Shares and A Shares to be admitted to the 
Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock 
Exchange's market for listed securities will be made at the earliest practical 
opportunity. 
 
The Offers in respect of the 2009/2010 tax year have now closed.  The Offers in 
respect of the 2010/2011 tax year may close at any time but in any event not 
later than 5.00 p.m. on 18 November 2010, unless fully subscribed earlier or 
previously closed by the Directors.
