Actif Group Plc ("Actif Group" or "the Company")
Additional listing

Actif Group announces that it has today issued 826,900 new ordinary shares
pursuant to the exercise of options by a former employee of the Company. The new
shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in the Company.
Application has been made for the admission of the shares to trading on AIM and
dealings are expected to commence on 30 March 2004.

You can see on the chart that the downtrend has finally been broken. So we are at the absolute bottom and should be up at 10p again pretty soon. Am I the only one to see this?!

Well, the company has now issued a profit warning so I must change my opinion. It will not double that is for sure! It will be a hold at best after the price fall on July 12th.

just mm's marking it down on almost no volume. It's irrelevant. Hopefully results soon should spring the shareback into action.

a base forming at around 7p I think, decided to join you. got 54k at 7.1p and looking forward to results next month. does anybody know if the new outlets are on schedule ie portsmouth last october and croydon this month ? I like the look of this as a growth company for several years to come.

Quiet period before the results. I won't be surprised if this is tipped by a tipping service before the results are out. Plenty of upside with limited downside. I'm looking for 10p before mid Apr with more to come after results.

feel uncomfortable about the lack of news ..

but the numbers speak for themselves forecast of £30m Sales with 0.8m profit put it on p/e of 5 and 1.25m next year p/e of less than 4 also expected to pay divi in 2005

results due mid-end of april all will be revealed by then and 12p probably the price them after unloading another few stocks CDW mainly will top up if fall any further

A mention in Shares mag. No trading staement for Christmas period. SHARES reckon no news is good news.

Yes, alreading holding SBT but hoping to pick up more around 72p. I supspect tomorrow will be the end of the retracement. OTherwise, 'value' is tough to find at the moment. NEB looks a VERY interesting story though it will be volatile....

Prospective p/e is 6 by the way.......

Says it all really....forcast to grow 90% this year.....

There aren't many shares left on this rating with the forcasts growth figures of this company! In fact, this is the last one my filters can find of this value. Forcasts to double from here from shares mag. Of course it will! Look at the figures. My last nap was sporting bet at 41p...now 83p and growing. Don't miss this one too....

Tangble net asset value is around 6.5p per share. That means the business is valued at 1.5p!! If you think this is sensible then do nothing. If not, buy quick!!
