Ok so My Retirement Fund. What are your list of investment prospects?Every company on any market is a gamble.AIM is risky I admit but research is paramount.

Looks like a gamble rather than an investment to me. Perhaps you would sound more sensible by describing your holdings as a flutter rather than an investment?

My Retirement FundI am currently in AST and NUOG and see this company as a very good investment especially around its current price.

Well, took a few of these the other day as a long term holding, sitting in the same category as my HZD shares

Indeed if Glenbo1 is particularly wealthy and very very flush, perhaps he may wish to contact the company directly and ask to partake in the next round of fund raising and placings. Companies like this usually have a dedicated investor relations department who work closely with a range of nomads and brokerages and are normally very very happy to accommodate such people.

MRF, nothing wrong with looking at risers and THEN working out whether it is too late or not to get on board. Glenbo1 mate, you do your research, read through the garbage and good posts on advfn, weigh up your risk profile and then decide....ABZ is not without its risks IMO and should be viewed as such, but extreme views on way or another you need to decipher!

I was looking at a balanced view into investing.I think the current price is a very good entry point

Ahh in other words you saw it flagged as the largest riser and this prompted you to read the RNS?

My Retirement Fund.I read up on the valuation of the two combined deals and also the mcap of the company. It looks like your angle on it seems to be very accurate. But alot of AIM companies are built on potential

well N+1 Singer who IMO are a decent outfit have a 93p intrinsic value DYOR and talk of further upside or as they put it the value would "increase substantially" as the partnered pipeline of Abzena inside programmes progress through clinical trial.....and from what I can see they are not expecting any cash call in the near term....DYOR as I say but just because My RF doesn't like this, does not mean he is correct....of course there are risks, as the RNS before Xmas showed when one of the programmes didn't progress, but that is the whole point of continuing to fill the "hopper" IMO so that on a portfolio basis they should IMO have more successes or at least enough that provides material upside to the current share price.

Glenbo1 have you looked out the accounts? This company is more cash flow negative than even the most blondest of blond extra marital bimbos. Lol. sure there's an outside chance you'll make money on the greater fool theory when it gets tipped or happens to release an RNS that happens to catch enough mug punters in the meantime. However it's shopping sprees over the last few years and intellectual patent licences have a very very long way to go to prove they are remotely likely to ever produced a bona-fide return on the kinds of capital sums already invested.

it may take time and still risk on delivery, however, IMO more of these sorts of deals, which is what this company is about (DYOR), should help push things along....market appears to be buying the profit taking and the rebound is looking nice so GLA!

My Retirement Fund. Please explain as the current mcap is very cheap considering they have announced two deals one for $150m and Fridays announcement of $300m too. This is in no way a pump and dump. The only winners are the investors who picked up shares for less than 50p earlier.

No, it definitely will not be over one year. The $ figure given in the RNS points to what may be achieved if certain milestones are reached. Of course that does not always happen. These type of agreements are staged payment agreements in which payments are triggered as per various targets set out in the agreement.

These agreements reach far into the future so you're looking at large income streams that may only materialise in 5-7 years time for example

Of course the agreement signed one must assume does validate the ABZA technology (ie, it works and it's commercial which is the most important thing)

A great company though with a real edge. Could be a giant in the making in a few years time

well, no harm in profit taking for some, but bring on next week, will be interesting if management can follow this up with confidence building discussions with existing city holders DYOR but a good start to get this heading back towards £1...gla and good weekends
