well, latest note I have seen reiterates just under £1 intrinsic value and some royalty type news one way or another in H2, so fingers Xd we may have some newsflow soon....positive that is! Let's see, but nice to see a few buyers return....may get back to that previous high of near 60p....GLA

Yes - just noticed that. It's down as a 'buy' - which it must be, because of the lack of movement in the share price

If so then it's a good sign just before results.

I do wonder, however, if it's something administrative i.e. a director moving shares from one vehicle to another. Can they do that within a closed period?

Yes. The key mover is going to be FYR but notes of this nature are helpful in restoring confidence. Been underwater here for a little while now. Here's hoping for a push upwards.

Whoever unloaded 150K of yesterday is probably feeling a little green round the gills this morning.

N1 singer would say that wouldn't they. Are N1 singer knowledgeable about chemistry, life sciences and pharmaceuticals as well then?No ! Infact I doubt they could tell you the difference between a viral and bacterial infection. Come to think of it I doubt they know the difference between much at all when it comes down to life science.

N1Singer upbeat about post raise "transformational growth" and reiterate their "highly positive stance" from note I have seen this week. DYOR, but their forecasts don't appear to include any revenue from Abzena Inside programmes not yet launched so that could provide material upside if they do deliver. All fairly long-term, but an interesting one none the less IMO to tuck away...DYOR and all IMO>

The press release on 7 April and QS99 in the thread refer to the new options. The 7 April press release states the option vesting conditions are disclosed in the 5 April press release, but I can't see reference to options in either. Can anyone let me know where the option vesting conditions are available?

As I wrote just a few posts ago, this is a opportunity for you to let them help themselves to the contents of your wallets.

I also stated that traditionally investors like yourself are made to buy in the secondary market rather than the placing.

Quite why people are now pretending they are upset about the inevitable is beyond me. As for whinging about the size of it, there are lots of very highly paid staff involved here who expect a very high standard of living. Again I don't why suddenly when the inevitability rears its head people start throwing toys out of prams

IMO, You should be thankful that there will now be enough capital to pay wages and overheads and allow the accountants to sign this off as a going concern for another year !!

must admit, I am surprised by the size of this and the dilutive effect. Why not have an open offer (even a small one) for existing shareholders to enjoy the ride that directors and institutions are>>>?????

would have been good to have outlined what the "general corporate purposes" is in more detail....likewise the new options seem, IMO, so close to coming to market, to be concerning....but, on the flip side they seem very upbeat about the future, the revenue growth and opportunities. They do now however need to start delivering on the increased profitability and cash generation IMO....let's see how "over subscribed" the accelerated book build is, and whether the share price can start making headway now this is out of the way. As ever IMO with these things the "market has a whiff" and shares are kept low....those buying in at 33p placing are IMO unlikely to sell so unless current holders off load, we should hopefully be onwards and upwards, but ONLY if management can deliver in a consistent way...GLA and happy to hold.
