26/3/2007 11:52 | Hi folks, looking historically there should be no let up from now until the first week of April, aiming to reach 2.15 sell. Although my insider is predicting at least 2.50 by Q3. | kjohnst1
23/3/2007 18:41 | I'll also add around 195.. if it comes. The recovery from the lows of last week gather pace | hectorp
23/3/2007 12:42 | Good luck Saucepan. I'm waiting for a drop to 195p (£1 = 11.993 nkr ... re: Oslo office building sale) | piedro

23/3/2007 08:20 | 'from own cash and new debt'. | hectorp
23/3/2007 08:20 | 'from own cash and new debt'. | hectorp
23/3/2007 08:18 | News Today ADN buy an Australian trust for around $60M... | hectorp
21/3/2007 15:24 | There is quite a lot of US as well as UK data due this week, which is why I am not buying ADN just now. But I have to be prepared to be wrong, and jump back long. | hectorp
21/3/2007 11:29 | ping...ping !!!! The FTSE 100 hit the 6450 mark - I have a resistance line drawn here and feel easier when above........ ...... and at 6275.... will be looking for a bulls tail... | piedro
21/3/2007 11:20 | Quite right. The correction may not yet be over. The chances seem to be 50/50 - IMHO - but then I am still quite new to the game!! | piedro
21/3/2007 10:25 | Considering its Far EAst involvement, the 5-day bull run over there has done very little ! for the share price . You wonder what is holding it back. I'm not short, yet that too is quite tempting . See you later H. | hectorp
20/3/2007 16:30 | That's useful.... 16/03/07 - AEGON UK Group Companies... ... +3,564,171 --> 31,091,585 .. 5.06% | piedro
20/3/2007 11:47 | DAYLITE - 20 March 2007 ABDN Asset Management posted a "Dead Cross" today, and the RSI remains weak at around 46. We favour a short with stops at 200p, target of 166p. ......166p target!!! That is right on the lower line of the 2003 rising price channel but to get that low there would have to be a tremendous market correction. - IMHO | piedro
20/3/2007 08:08 | The markets and certainly ADN are distinctly lacklustre. Better off on the sidelines for the present. | hectorp
17/3/2007 14:30 | THanks Piedro - ouch! £30M and secret settlement terms.. also the ADN chart is starting to weaken, in fact we have lost the recent rising trend. but, the news about REO should help them- and already they look a great buy . | hectorp
16/3/2007 12:24 | 16 March 2007 Aberdeen Asset Management PLC ('Aberdeen') announces that it has reached agreement with Real Estate Opportunities Limited ('REO') to settle Aberdeen's part in the legal action initiated in 2005 by REO against Aberdeen and UBS. Aberdeen has made no admission whatsoever of any liability or of acceptance of the validity of REO's claim, but the Board has recognised that it is in the best interests of the Group and its shareholders to conclude this matter and to end the distraction it has caused to Aberdeen. The cost to Aberdeen, net of existing provisions and taxation, will be approximately £30 million. Otherwise, the terms of the settlement agreement remain confidential between the parties. | piedro
15/3/2007 09:07 | focus, I'm finding ADN too volatile, I am out for the moment. H. | hectorp
14/3/2007 23:45 | Hector, its fallen again! I think your predictions about a definite upleg, 2.15, wasnt meant for this week! | focus1800
10/3/2007 12:51 | Its only a Dead Cat if the past 4 days' world market recovery is also a dead cat bounce. We stand or fall on the FTSE Dow etc. But- on ADN's own chart, we are definitely in the next upleg, to around 215-216p. World markets.. I felt that Friday's Dow close not being negative on the ist Friday after a crash week is quite helpful ( positive) Feb production etc figs were ok. | hectorp
10/3/2007 08:33 | Seems to be a strong cat's bounce. Next few weeks will tell if a wonder or second bounce prevail. | johnrxx99
08/3/2007 08:30 | Started buying more stock here today. Becoming difficult to avoid that last week could be a one week wonder. | hectorp
06/3/2007 09:37 | GAp down is filled and Far East rallied a little overnight. However I would urge general caution. ADN is quite heavily exposed to the Far East. There could be more downside to come.. IMO. | hectorp |
