Indeed...

Make some other funds want to get out not just Liontrust...& need to drum up share buyers.

'Contracts with 3 big music companies'

!!!

...try selling music if the music companies wont give you any !!
Big f$/#3&$ deal !

7% annual turnover growth...6.7M payables & 7DIG cant pay it !...& still loss making & imho 7DIG hasnt got the cash to pay those losses.

The MD, he's been writing bullish RNSs for over 10 years ....while shareholders have lost money. UBC, the RNSs are readable on advfn.

7DIG, is it 10 yrs its been going for now.....& still very low turnover & still loss making...& imho it yet again needs to raise more money to stay alive !!

Oh, and the founder was so excited he sold fair amount of shares.
& then so excited about impending explosion in revenue & profits....of his baby....that he left !!! Wharghhhhh !!

Hope it performs for holders but its not for me.

I agree. But Lion Trust sold, and during that the price rises, and even spikes up.They're not the first find to make wrong decision and every participant had the own reasons for selling/buying. Don't get the business reasons why companies buy into/takeover companies in same industry with disruptive tech

Read the trading update again. Look at the 7Digital website. Wait for the full accounts - 30 March. Consider the long list of partners and clients. THE THREE MAJOR LABELS. The growth potential. BBC and radio.
Artists and performers want their music heard and at the very best quality.

Over a million.

I want recurring revenues

High growth"

Recurring revenues.....like Guvera !!....(their debt of 800k declared as a write off !!)....not very recurring !!

7% annual growth....not high...especially when 7DIG needs about 50% to get to break even

Did you have a large holding in Globo and QUindell ?!

A really good day for this stock on decent vol today and held up well on inevitable profit taking. Peek over 9p today....lets see next week a peek over 10p.

Has anyone seen the Mouse lately, MichaeltheMouse, only a friend of his would kindly like his views on Angle, he thought he would bump into him on the OPTI bb, as that is where he usually hangs out these days.

Over a million.

I want recurring revenues

High growth

Massive margins.

Knowing that the stock market is efficient over a long period of time the shares will respond.

If you can find companies that can do all the above then you've cracked it.

My experience is that finding this type of company is not an easy task. It's no good looking after the event as the stock costs you an arm and a leg.

😀😀

I bought at 6P after the directors last year.
The hard work and years of investment are about to pay off.

Just about all the competition has gone bust along the way.

Your left with a company that has pricing power within its sector.

No need for a placing....but I think the mm's are hugely short despite the sale by the duffers of their shares. So it might be the company are offered cash for shares to balance the books. I doubt they will accept much dilution at a big discount.

9p bid saw a few sellers!
