It would not surprise me one little bit if another company is after 29.9% or for that matter 100% of 7Dig.That may also explain recent buying.I also don't rule out the record labels wanting a slice.

At £8M 7dig is an absolute snip to gain exposure to streaming music.

Sprint acquires stake in Jay Z's music streaming platform Tidal

By Trey Williams
Published: Jan 23, 2017 8:20 a.m. ET

Sprint Corp. S, -0.45% said on Monday it's acquiring 33% of Jay Z's music streaming service Tidal. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Sprint plans to make Tidal available to its 45 million post and prepaid customers. "Sprint shares our view of revolutionizing the creative industry to allow artists to connect directly with their fans and reach their fullest, shared potential," Jay Z said in statement. "[Sprint CEO Marcelo Claure] understood our goal right away and together we are excited to bring Sprint's 45 million customers an unmatched entertainment experience." Tidal has had a rocky start since Jay Z bought the company for $56 million in March of 2015. The music streaming platform, touting high quality audio and artist exclusive content, launched with a much-criticized concert and has since shuffled numerous top executives out the door. With the deal, Sprint Chief Executive Marcelo Claure will sit on the Tidal board. Sprint shares are up 211% in the trailing 12-month period, outperforming the S&P 500 Index SPX, +0.34% which is up 19%.

BP. You have made a good call.

The stock will dry up at some stage and with 7M bought in the last few days they might also show up in an RNS.

If it's punters going short then they will require very deep pockets.

I wonder where MichaelMouse is these days? he is the sensible one on this thread.
If you are looking in Michael then it is 'hi' from me.
I think a little bit of magic is required from him in order to help the share price. Incidentally i would like to point you all in the direction of Michael's blogs, they are quite amusing.

The buying here is massive.

The selling could be a long term holder getting out.

Others might be taking a short position.

If that's the case then the seller is going to make a loss as he paid to much.

If it's shorting those players take a risk and if their are buyers it's a BIG RISK.

After 30 years of learning how the market works I am convinced that 7Dig will perform.

This is utter rubbish at the moment. It does look interesting but at the moment its a falling knife with no support. Maybe 6p will hold....but maybe it will tank through that.

Looks like by the end of the day a good 2% of the company would have been bought over the 8 1/2 hour trading session.
